All went like clockwork. We were ‘buzzed’ in electronically by our host. A spotless and very well appointed accomadation. The bedrooms are spotless clean and the entire space has great air conditioning. A couple of typical cafe/bars nearby all with friendly locals.. we with no Italian and they with no English! What matter. The best thing I can say is that I would return. Great and generous breakfast served up by a lovely kind and smiling young woman!

There was nothing negative about this bed and breakfast. They host was very contact full and friendly.

Donatello was the most welcoming host I've had at any BnB, anywhere. He was very friendly to everyone & he carefully listened to the many guest requests & did his best to make us all comfortable. For instance, I had not realized my huge booked room had no window or view. Within a day, he moved me to another room. Donatello's attention to detail is impressive. He recalled the way I liked my coffee & prepared it for me every morning. (Seriously!) I locked myself out of my room & he quickly drove over from his home, to help me. He also had great suggestions for places to go. Donatello & ALL of his staff work hard to create a very warm vibe. That atmosphere created camaraderie among the guests & some international friendships were formed. Although the staff's spoken English is limited (& my Italian is terrible), we managed to communicate well enough for me to have a great visit. I highly recommend it.

The address was complicated by the fact that there are 2 flats on Napoli street with the same number (as in, they literally have 2 identical addresses). That's not the fault of the BnB. It's a quirk of the Italian - "urban planners"?? In retrospect it's funny, but I arrived at night so it was a little weird for me for about half an hour. I'd warn guests ahead of time which flat is which.

The best service ever! Donatello is very kind and caring and he was helpful with every our request. We stayed for 4 night a than we came back for oversleep before return home. We could check in earlier and leave bagguage in the room, what was very comfortable and enjoyed full time in Bari! During our stay everything was great, we enjoyed breakfast - cofee, tea, juice, fresh scrambled eggs, cakes etc. Our room was spacious even for 3 adults, they do cleaning every day, so it was super clean :) Location is also good, because it is close to railway station (max 10min by walk) and also close to city center. We got a map and recommendation what to visit. But you cant hear noise from street because it is (our room) to the inner courtyard. He arranged for us a taxi to the airport and prepared breakfast in our room a day ago because we departed from accomodation very early morning. So I would recommend this accomodation to all my friends and family, the prize, location, servis! I wish I coud find place like this in every town I ´ll visit. :)

The staff and owner were fantastic hosts.We needed a triple room near Bari airport so we chose this one as the room was large and includes breakfast. We did a self check in and communication with the owner was clear and made it easy to gain access to the room. The room was large and the bathroom was modern and roomy. The owners wife baked some of the breakfast offerings which were delicious. The €15/night garage parking across the street was convenient and necessary after a long day of driving. This room is in a very local neighborhood - not. A lot of tourists but we had some of the best pizza right around the corner. The locals were friendly and helpful.

There's no view or windows really.

I visit Italy very often, I have been to this hotel 3 times, it is one of the most comfortable hotels, the owner is very hospitable, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, there is everything, in the room there is a refrigerator with various drinks, water, fruit juices, as well as alcoholic beverages, also warm drinks like coffee or tea , these are also included in the payment, there is a super generous breakfast and you can get whatever you want... in all the hotels I have stayed in Italy,, this is the hotel that deserves 10🌟,, I am grateful to the host who are so polite and at the service of everything you need.. thank you again I wish you a good Christmas Eve! Self check-in was really well organised and easy. Donatello, our host was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and modern with everything we needed and lots of space to store bags. Nice bathroom and common areas. We didn’t stay long as we were heading to the airport but the breakfast was really nice and the staff doing breakfast were very friendly. Very handy location for the train station which has a service directly to the airport. Bit further out from the main part of town but still an easy walk into Bari Old Town.

Nothing not to like. We did stay on a Saturday night so had a bit of noise from the street but fine with some earplugs.

Donatello who runs the B&B is an exceptional host. We travelled as two families with four children and a baby between us, and his helpfulness before and during our stay including making a restaurant reservation, and travel tips allowed us to truly have a stressful-free start to our trip. Our request for an additional bed to be made up at the last minute was actioned with speed, and the breakfast served in the terrace was delicious and plentiful. The rooms are very large, clean and beautiful presented. It was a welcome sanctuary after an early morning start - and great to return to after an afternoon of sight seeing. The hotel itself is only a short walk to the old town and I would recommend it to couples and families visiting Bari, if not for the property itself but to experience Donatello's hospitality.

We loved everything! Advice for people driving - the car park opposite the hotel closes between 1pm and 7pm, but there is free off-street parking. If you arrive in the early afternoon you shouldn't have a problem like we did, but you may have to park a bit further away.

We stayed for 3 nights at Dimora Fantasla Charme B&B. The owner, Donatello was a fabulous host & made us feel at home even before we actually arrived :) The location was great & the breakfast excellent with a very good selection. We were offered some nice Bruschetta along with a yummy Chocolate soufflé. Donatello went out of his way to assist us in ordering a taxi when we got stuck in a remote shopping center with no public transportation. Donatello goes out of his way to make sure that his guests are happy. We highly recommend anyone staying in Bari & looking for a unique experience to stay at Dimora Fantasia Charme B&B !!!

Ours stay was fenomenal! First of all, the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He made sure we got to the place from the airport safety. He greeted us and showed us the places in Bari he recommends. The breakfast was delicious as well. Freshly baked croissant were just mouth-watering! The towels were changed everyday and everything was really clean.

It is located in not so charming area however it’s really close to the central train station which is very convenient and not so far away from the old town

Absolutely everything! The host Donatello is beyond welcoming! He even went as far as to put breakfast in our room, because we had to leave very early on the last morning. The place was spotless. It was the cleanest room we've been to. And we were there for 2 nights - they cleaned the room on the second day again. The breakfast was with handmade sweets by his wife and it was in a cozy backyard garden. The location is 15 minutes away on foot from old town. All in all - one of the best places we've stayed at. We recommend it 150%!
