H2C Hotel Milanofiori

The suite I had was very spacious, lots of windows/sunlight and the bed was comfy. This was all paid for by airbnb due to our booking being unacceptable, so I cannot complain on the price thought it was expensive.

The price was quite high due to the booking being last minute, and although it was paid for by airbnb, there were some issues such as the bedroom and toilet lights not working. Luckily there was other lighting to keep the area illuminated. There was also the charging points next to the bed not working, but there were more in the room that were functioning. These issues may have been a rare occurrence due to an intense storm where water was leaking into the room through a window. I believe a lot of people were experiencing some issues.

hotel was clean . we stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned every day. location to the trains.

althought hotel was very good one to two thing and be pointed out' for a 4star hotel we thought it should of has tea and coffee and kettel in the rooms with was exspected and no drinking water at all ever thing you wanted had to be paid for. we asked for complimentary water and was charged for it on check out . we pointed out every hotel we stayed at all have water in the rooms we was told { i dont think so } there was a very small gym with could be improved

Positive: Easy to find the parking. When i came there on the night I got straight to the parking. It was everywhere signs for the parking of the hotel. Also, the way to the hotel from the parking was very easy. The location of the hotel was really nice. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around. I was on the 7th floor, something that I like it very much, to be very high. And the room was nice and clean. The breakfast place was also very beautiful.

Negative: I didn't like the windows in my room. They're too high for me. You don't really enjoy the view. Also, the TV is a little small for the size of the room.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, both at reception and at breakfast. Nice comfortable and quiet room with pleasant view over a meadow. Excellent breakfast - one of the best I've had in Italy, the usual sweet things supplemented by savoury. Very pet friendly. Efficient parking, once you work it out.

The WiFi is absolutely terrible. 15 seconds for each webpage to materialise. Video call not possible. This is a deal breaker for me and I will not be able to stay in this hotel again until they fix the WiFi. This is not acceptable in a modern business person's hotel. The car park is quite a long walk and in a separate building from the hotel, so if it's raining this is a problem. Finally, there are not enough electric plugs for all your electronic paraphernalia.

Everything was very clean , the shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious !! Restaurants and fast food places on your door step, the metro is a bout a 5 minute walk , if that and if you are looking to stay for a concert , it's ideal and within walking distance (approximately 15 minute walk) . Another thing, we arrived at 12 o clock and were checked in early which we were SUPER grateful this. Thank you to the hotel for this and for the wonderful stay !

There was nothing we didn't like . Absolutely NOTHING.

The hotel's location seemed a bit far off at first when I booked it, but it was in fact surprisingly easy to reach from the city centre. The metro station is within walking distance and the area is full of places to eat. The staff were kind, the breakfast was nice and the room was comfy.

There was no hair shampoo in the bathroom. I stayed only one night, so didn't bother to ask the staff. There was a body wash, but that's obviously not to be used on your hair 🙂 so (dear staff) it would be nice to put one in the shower.

We stayed here to attend a concert in the Mediolanum forum. Great hotel with super helpful and accommodating staff. They genuinely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Hotel location is very central, located in a shopping and business district and only a few minutes' walk away from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, a 10 min walk away from the Milanofiori shopping centre and the area felt very safe. At the hotel itself, we appreciated the breakfast which came with a decent selection of items (including vegan and some gluten free options) and the rooms were comfortable and had large windows we could open for air.

No option to have tea or coffee in the hotel rooms - and the price of water and coffee from the hotel reception is high. There's no lunch option at the hotel although you can order dinner. But these are minor things considering plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

I liked the location - close to the venue where we were going to see a live concert -; the staff was very welcoming and nice; the bed was super comfy and the shower head was amazing; there was toiletries in the toilette and even some nice extra things like body lotion or intimate hygiene products. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was very good, with a variety of foods and drinks, including vegan or gluten free options.

there was nothing that I really disliked

Great location for shopping (Carrefour megastore in the Milanofiori mall nearby, 3 mins drive), great location for leaving early to go to the airport (checked out at around 6:50 a.m. -- car was returned at MXP at 7:55 a.m. on a non-holiday Tuesday, with a few wrong turns even!), great location near the highway for day trips to Genoa... and great location for taking the subway to the city! Free parking for entire stay. Very friendly and helpful staff

Generally clean, but weird stain on armchair. Bathroom sink is too low and the water pressure very high, so faucet is very splashy! Shower knob is in awkward position (can't open without spraying yourself with cold water). Hotel seemed very empty when we went mid-Dec. 2021, pre-omicron, so we seemed to have a lot of empty room between us and other guests... The "fridge" was a little dirty, not cool at all and too small to store the hard cheeses, etc., purchased during trip (thankfully was cold enough outside and put the perishable stuff in the car trunk in the free semi-outdoor car park)

Room was clean and breakfast was awesome.

Asked for a late checkout at 12. At 11:15 FO called to say we were meant to check out at 11 and it was only on Saturday and Sunday were late check out at 12 so we had to quickly pack and get out. Showed the receptionist our confirmed late check out which they apologized and offered us to go back to the room but the damage was done.
