Hotel Villa Cipriani

generally a nice atmosphere. the hotel is quite well maintained and the staff is present and well trained. Beautiful garden and view.

the room rather dated, the primary services for a hotel of this level are missing, such as a coffee machine, kettles, a quality bathroom set. For example, the hairdryer is 30 years old (you can't!) The breakfast is of a low standard, a poor buffet, 3-star stuff... Absence of a high-level menu for the bar (only the restaurant works).

The hotel has an old world charm with quiet music, warmly decorated rooms and lots of antique furniture. Stunning views from the garden and blissfully quiet.

Parking the car had to really be done by the hotel staff and it was expensive at £25 a day. Our original room was tiny so we upgraded but at a cost.

For the price of the rooms I would have expected a little extra given the hotel knew we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday! A bottle of Prosecco or even just a card would have been a nice touch! Also again for the sort of price we paid some complementary water in the room would have been nice! Also parking charges were excessive!

The view is extraordinary. The garden was just as beautiful as I was led to expect! Breakfast was always delightful and I cannot compliment the staff enough. Camilo at the front desk is a gem. He made my arrival perfect when we encountered a tiny hiccup. Kudos!

Villa Cipriani has a reputation to live up to, and the very professional staff seem to pull that off effortlessly. Once you enter the main building, you have the impression of travelling through time, to an age where cultured aristocrats would retire to their country estates in the summer to enjoy the views and the relaxation of a bucolic setting. Villa Cipriani has all that in buckets! The hotel is near the centre of the picturesque town of Asolo and is surrounded by a beautiful garden laid out in terraces overlooking the surrounding hills, and peppered with benches and other spots from which to enjoy the stunning views: to top it all, there is an infinity pool to cool off after a hot day (there is also a spa, but we did not have the time to try it). The bedroom was huge, and wonderfully old-fashioned, with one of those immense beds one would expect to find only in royal palaces. You can have excellent cocktails at the bar and also a great meal at the restaurant. Breakfast is, of course, superb. I cannot praise the staff enough, especially at the reception.

We cannot recall anything we did not like!

It was the 2nd time we've visited the hotel and always a pleasure to be there. A very classic and stylish Villa. The pool and view are epic. Great breakfast and restaurant. Asolo is a lovely town as well. Perfect location to visit the prosecco area.

The service in the restaurant was a bit dissapointing. We were a bit forgotten and the waiters did not speak english.

Asolo is One of the most beautiful towns in Italy is peaceful quiet I did the same time very elegant with lovely restaurants and shops. The garden and pool of the hotel are beyond beautiful.

The staff were magnificent. Each and everyone of them. Friendly kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The gardens , the food and the marvellous staff .

Unloading suitcases from a car is a problem as the hotel is on a very narrow street . The hotel tries to obviate this by getting staff to park the car once unloaded 100 metres down the hill in the hotel car park but difficult all the same . Our room whilst very clean and comfortable had a view only of a wall . Ironic really when one is staying In Asolo “ the city of a 100 horizons “ .

This hotel is the quintessential five-star hotel. An amazing breakfast, idyllic location and views, very sweet and warm staff. Further, it is a bit laid-back and that you can relax, not too much fussiness, but an incredible amount of care and attention to detail.

Stunning location, building and gardens. Good food and friendly staff. Very calm. Slept like a stone. Gorgeous town with lots of little restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

First room offered on the ground floor in the dependence smells moldy because of humility. First floor was perfect. Considering the price level they should not rent out the humid rooms or fix the humidity/smell.
