OMAMA Hotel

The hotel is nice and clean, and well decorated, is my second time here. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, the room I stayed in with my dad, had single beds just next to each other, which wasn't very appropriate, and it was a door between our and next-door room that made our stay very noisy. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Bare in mind there is a market nearby on weekends so parking can be a problem.

Great location!! Just a short walk to the pedestrian shopping / dining streets, piazza and Roman walls / Pretoria Gate. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet...had a great rest there. A big thanks to the staff who allowed us to leave our car in the parking garage for a couple of hours after check out....we did some shopping and had lunch before departing for Zermatt. Highly recommend a visit to Aosta, and the OMAMA is the place to stay!

The hotel staff was most friendly and helpful ! We need a place to store our luggage during our mountain climbing. Upon our request, Omama staff immediately agreed. They were also thoughtful to give us adjacent rooms with a connecting door. That helps tremendously for us to pass stuff to each other and discuss about our climb. The hotel rooms and public areas were decorated with a refreshing quirkiness. Well done to the designer and owner !

This is a modern, clean, colourful hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the sheets are really cosy. We had a beautiful mountain view. Having fresh water available for free whenever we wanted was a real plus in the hot weather. Cleaning was excellent and staff were friendly.

Our car got towed from the carpark behind the hotel as a market was on on a Tuesday. We paid for parking and nothing was mentioned about Tuesday on signage so we had no way to avoid being towed and fined. There is very limited private parking at the hotel itself (at a cost), so it would be better for travellers by bus or coach. This isn't the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind.

We chose not to have breakfast. tay was perfect. Reception staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. They helped when coach was unexpetedly cancelled. Told us where best shopping and restaurants were. Very polite and it was a great pleasse to stay there.

Could not fault this hotel. Nothing negative to say . Was central and looked beautiful with lovely disign work by local artist.

This is a great place and I recommend it to anyone staying in Aosta. it’s close to the gondola to get up to the mountains; our room was big with a lovely view: the staff were very warm and helpful, and the social room was very useful.

The WiFi annoyingly frequently dropped out and I had to renter login details - but this is a minor annoyance. The room was expensive but it was over New Year so not unreasonable.

Funky interior design and "vibe" Super comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Water machines on every floor. Located near plenty of shops and restaurants.

TV was small compared to room size. Elevators were small, making it hard to travel up with multiple people and bags. Entrance to private underground car park is steep, "lower vehicles" will struggle.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the interior and rooms are well designed, clean and comfortable. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy.

The exterior of the building block gives a dull feel. Our room was facing the main road. In the late hours, there were still many motorbikes passing by, which was a bit noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Great shower. A fridge and a big safe in the room. Excellent location. Public underground parking at Carrel bus station nearby. Quiet. Externally, the building is not pretty, but the quirky design internally is great. There is a water fountain on each floor with complementary cold fizzy and plain water. Good WiFi.

The AC was weak. Didn’t cool the room enough for us. Otherwise this hotel is 10/10

Chiara was prompt and helpful, agreeing to my last minute request for early check-in and storing our 4 huge duffel bags for free. The retro hotel and room design was refreshing, maybe a little garish for some people but I liked it !

There seemed to be a problem with card pre-authorisation; both my credit cards were rejected. No problem charging to my physical credit card upon check-in.
