Small, relatively quiet. Nice breakfast, nice dinner. Fair value for money Very nice climate, especially at night during the hot summer. You can sleep with the window open and without the airco.

Some members of the personnel brought loud guests to the pool. They were jumping into the pool, noisy and were even playing music. These guests were no residents of the hotel. Customers had to ask them and their “hosts” for quiet. The noise and animation did really not fit to the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. But the sad thing is that this was because of some members of the personnel who invited their own guests.

Charming quaint hotel with lovely ambience. Breakfast absolutely outstanding,food so delicious and plentiful.Restaurant great too. Parking useful.Sauna a plus.Availability of coffee,tea and biscuits a nice touch.Flavoured water refreshing.Coffee making machine in room good too.Bed very comfortable.We were made to feel warmly welcome by staff.

Reception staff ideally should have some command of English.They should know how to advise guests re which busses to use to get into Tsfat from hotel.There should be maps available for tourists and suggestions given about what to do.A working knowledge of local area is important for staff. The desserts were overpriced.

Renovated and gracious old Villa atop Rosh Pina on the hill next to Safed. Hot tub and sauna were nice but closed at 5pm. Nice breakfast, good coffee.

The road. We were coming from the Hula Valley, and Google sent us on a horrible winding and very high forest road shortcut. We were terrified. The hillside, too far from Safed old town. Nothing to do in evening nearby. The only place to walk is steep hill down to a busy strip mall with a falafel stand. Pool is seasonal.

breakfast and diner were excellent the hotel is a little aged and need renovation the staff was kind and helpfull

In the room: the furniture were aged, no desk chair, no pen & papper, the arm chair had a large stain, the bathtub was damaged, the tv was too small (32"), the pillows were not comfortable (synthetic), the blanket was too heavy, the wooden floor was swollen In the spa: the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath were cosed.

Beautiful location with a great view from the room. Nice pool and spa. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet. Beautifully tended garden.

The opening hours of the pool (10:00-17:45) are too limited. We would have liked the option to use the pool in the morning and evening.

a great boutique hotel. great character, only 24 rooms, very good breakfast, realy good restaurant, nice pool, amazing staff!!

nothing to do in the area of the hotel- so you need a car- or just enjoy the tranquility

Wonderful staff, really helpful. Superb little restaurant, lovely food. Great pool. Essentially, the guests are Israeli, can be promoted more for customers from other countries.

Nothing bothered me enough to detract from the delightful stay, would stay again

The breakfast was incredible. The selection of cheeses, breads and warm dishes were phenomenal.

Options to take tours directly from the hotel would be nice but at the same time, my experience was very positive.
