The staff was especially helpful, and quick to fix any problems.

The hotel has a lot of mechanical debt, a lot of little things that need to be fixed, things like the first room had a toilet that was loose and leaked. The second room, one of the sockets was loose in the wall, the room door didn't latch unless you pulled/pushed real hard, and the bathroom door wouldn't latch at all. Also the "ada" bathroom would not be very functional for a person in a wheel chair for which it was designed, and it was impossible to keep the entire thing from getting drenched when you showered.

The location right next to the station. The room was spacious as we got a free upgrade, thank you Najla. Also the bed and pillows were great. Staff excellent. Friendly Mary and Najla gave us excellent treatment. Breakfast buffet has everything and more you desire.

It's an older hotel so some of the facilities like the lobby and the restaurant are a bit old style. I don't mind but accept a 1990s look.

Excellently located close to main transport hubs. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. On arrival at 0830 hrs,Najla checked us in with an immediate upgrade to a suite. Mary, later provided us with invaluable travel advice on the best way to see the historical biblical sites. A first class service.

Hotel is dated and probably needs to undergo a freshen up!

The hotel was so central. We needed to take the train early in the morning in order to catch an early flight. We literally walked across the street to catch the train for the airport. Location is great!

The bathrooms were slightly old and run down, but it reminds me of the old Jerusalem era/style.

Maria at the front desk made our stay perfect: She answered all our questions with patience, she allowed us an extra-long checkout time on Saturday, she put a tray of snacks and waters in our room, stored our luggage...she made sure we had everything we needed and she really knew everything about the hotel and about the area.

The entrance to the hotel is actually via the backlot, and not on the main street. This "hidden" rear entrance caused some confusion for a friend who visited me, and later with a taxi driver who came to pick us up. But in the end, everyone found us! Not a big problem, and it's probably not solvable, but just wanted to mention it.

Excellent stay. Moderate standard hotel with good value for money. Personal thanks for exceptional service and personal approach of the receptionist named Najla. In this respect the service quality of Samia and Maria must be highly appreciated as well.

The place was very close where I wanted to be.

The access to the hotel as described on wase is not accurate. I found hard time getting to park although there is parking available.
