Doogarry House B&B

Location was fine as we had a car. May have been a bit far to walk as it rained all one day. Breakfast excellent - to accommodate all tastes. Room lovely - warm and confortable. Bathroom spotless - only drawback was lack of hooks to hang up towels (which we would have done and reused the following day if hooks were available). Plenty of toiletries etc. Dining room lovely, comfortable and spotless. Hosts were very friendly and willing to provide whatever we wanted.

Nothing - the only negative was the lack of hooks for handing towels in bathroom.

Great breakfast choice, was always offered more if we needed. Towels were changed daily, which was something we were not expecting.Everything was spotlessly clean. Perfect hosts and a great location would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

There is nothing we could say was not right. Everything was there for us. It was like home from home. Could not fault nothing.

Beautiful B&B with lovely hosts. The rooms we stayed in were gorgeous: clean, spacious and comfortable. Each room had an ensuite with great shower. The breakfast the next morning was lovely and so many options (catering for dietary requirements): cereal, fresh fruit, porridge, full irish, eggs, etc. The B&B owners were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable also.

It is a little outside the town, about 35 mins walk.

The location of Bnb is very central and well connected. The rooms were nice and spacious, just freshly renovated. Bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast came with a lot of options, including full irish fry, toasts, some sweet or savoury, some hot and cold. Coffee and tea was served to breakfast as well. The owners were very lovely to talk to and took great care of us. Highly recommended if you're planning a stay in this area.

Bridget and Brendan were so welcoming and the B&B was wonderful. The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding down the road. Anything we needed, they were there to help. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. Everything was as advertised. The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious with a great selection Thank you!

The only room available to us was a Superior twin. If we had stayed in a double we would have rated our stay as outstanding. Our hosts were outstanding. They were welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast with fresh fruit, a selection of Irish cheeses and cooked breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a B and B. Our room was spotless. The bedding and towels were first class.

The decor in our room needed updating but plans are in place to decorate.

Well,we were so surprised at the house perhaps an example of older properties in the area - but perfectly comfortable and everything we needed was there. Both our hosts went "over and above" what we expected to make our brief stay a memorable one. So helpful and excellent breakfasts.

There was nothing not to like at Dogarry House

Breakfast quality, selection and presentation were outstanding. The host was very friendly and gave us great touring tips.

The only downside was we were on the second floor streetside and the house is right on a traffic circle/roundabout. So there was a bit of noise throughout the night. Could be an issue in the summer.

Our hosts, Bridget and Brendon, gave us a warm welcome into their beautiful home. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. Everthing we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The Irish breakfast was excellent - a perfect start to our days. Hope we can stay here again.
