The room was clean. Hot water & wifi worked properly. The bedlamp couldn't worked but that was ok. I like how the room was clean and comfortable enough eventhough it was small. I I enjoyed my stayed there. Didn't expect to be this good so it was really valuable for my money. The hotel has airport drop off for 80k rupiah
The location was a bit hard. There was no minimarket near hotel. No atm and public transportation too. It still ok since I used online taxi. And there was traffic too. So eventhough the location was near to airport, it still takes time to get there, so prepare the time wisely

Starlet is a basic no frills airport hotel. Clean, functional and near the airport. Good air conditioning and shower, friendly staff.
The room was too small to accommodate a lot of luggage and there is nowhere to put it. The only option for supper after a long flight was a microwaveable dish of rice and chicken/beef which it took the staff ages to organise and no breakfast facilities.

Starlet hotel staff is AMAZING! Room for the value is awesome as well. But staff... common! These guys are incredible. I needed help with tickets, money exchange, ATM. and they were here ready to help me at midnight: advising, driving on scooter calling friends to get answers I am inquiring. This is the best experience I am ever experienced Thank you!

Everything was actually really good, the room , the bathroom. And the swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing.
The location is not great. It's a bit far from the beaches , 20min driving. You definitely need a scooter to move around or taxi everywhere.

The staff was amazing and helpful. They are packed meals for dinner or lunch. Manager, Mr. Ruri is really amazing person greeted mer personally handled the issues I had and made sure we had good stay. It's just 10 minutes from airport
