What a special place, perhaps our favourite overall accommodation worldwide. Staff are all so kind and helpful. Villas get a customer wooden sign with your last name for the duration of your stay! Our villa (26) was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a front patio and garden/pond and a back private heavenly outdoor shower. Lots of choices for the included breakfast, which was delivered to our villa at our specified time. The pool area was surrounded by lush gardens with flowers. The drive up to reception off the busy road is a bamboo-lined tunnel-lane. The onsite spa was exceptional. Prices for all experiences, drinks and food (even the minibar!) were the same or lower than elsewhere in the neighbourhood.

We had a lovely time in a one bedroom villa with a pool. The resort is great, a very quiet place immersed in nature but with easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff were fantastic, everybody was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and we were very well looked after. Breakfast is served at the villa and you can also order food and drinks during the day/evening using their online app. Travelling with a 7 month old baby, we truly enjoyed being able to have dinner in the villa, although also the restaurant is really nice. Food was delicious. The resort also has a main pool and a spa - highly recommended. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so special!

Pavilions is at a great location near the beaches and cafes. It's got a very nice alley leading up to the villas. At night, it looks amazing. The staff working there go way above and beyond to help you with anything. Exceptional service and the rooms are great. Very child-friendly.

We didn't like the breakfast at all and were left disappointed. We always felt hungry and it lacked seasoning and protein. We also felt at times the resort was short-staffed. I assume because it's a chain and they're cutting costs to save money. The people were amazing, but you could see they were busy in the mornings and struggled to clean the rooms in time.

We chose to take the private pool option and that was really great. Room very comfortable and staff warm throughout. Location about 15 minutes walk from the beach which was nice to walk alongside. Plenty of local restaurants within a short walk.

Breakfast was okay in terms of choice but the quality could have been better. We chose to eat at the restaurant rather than take the breakfast in the room but whichever approach you take the options are the same. Not a fan of ordering the night before but not a major issue.

The honeymoon villa is very special and feels like a home from home. Sitting in the living room watching the pouring rain was magical. The private pool is delightful. Food was great and lovely to eat in the spacious villa. Unlike a few other reviews we found the quality and quantity of breakfast and dinner to be very good. All the staff were exceptionally good, discrete and caring.

A few minor maintenance issues but it’s an older property and a harsh climate.

fantastic, romantic villa with great service!

Sanur a lovely relaxing location. This property in an excellent spot. Our villa was spacious, well maintained, offered fabulous holiday experience. Own pool very generous 3m x 9m private, crystal clear, really comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast was delicious. Room service meals, smallish servings but good food. Great to have a decent size fridge, plenty of safe drinking water. Cute turn down gifts. Handy to good shops, restaurants. I read that they don't have direct access to the beach, true, however most of the resorts beachside offer meals from 6.30am to 11.30pm so you can go through to any of these and then just keep walking. We particularly liked the beach bar at Griya Santrin, great burgers, loved the gelato cups and easy walk back to The Pavilions.

WiFi was not super fast. Car to airport was expensive, local cabs much cheaper. Shame they're not offering breakfast in a restaurant which allows more flexibility. I had read about a bus service to the beach, but didn't see it on offer. Likewise I read they had bikes, which would have been handy, but they didn't and didn't offer any helpful advice on finding any.

A tropical and serene oasis tucked away in the main street of Sanur! Cleanliness and staff are 10/10. The villa was so spacious and well appointed with a divine outdoor shower which we used the whole time. Air conditioning worked perfectly and fresh filtered water tank in kitchen was a bonus. Do yourself a favour and stay at The Pavilions, we cannot fault a thing!

Absolutely nothing!

The villa was well furnished and the private garden and outdoor shower wonderfully relaxing. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your villa daily and the staff are very attentive to whatever you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even returned for a repeat visit soon after.

The wifi was a bit patchy. Not usually an issue, but we needed to have a few meetings during our stay. The staff were very receptive to our needs though and did their best to improve the reception.

nothing really if I had to choose one thing I’d say that we didn’t have turndown service. we had turndown service on all other accommodations during our Bali travels. this one was the most expensive place and didn’t have it but didn’t impact us really
