The swimming pool overlooking the ocean! And the best and most ample and diverse breakfast ever in a dream location!

There were works in progress when we were there so a little bit of noise but when we sat at the right place at the swimming pool it was ok

Breakfast was great everything you could want staff were amazing

Didn’t like having to go through beach walk to enter as my friend couldn’t walk up the driveway which was quite a hill and there’s a lot of stairs to enter the Sheraton from beach walk which she couldn’t do but they did let us go through conference room

Hospitality,, staff was super courteous. It was wonderful experience. Fastest service ever. Family was too happy and satisfied. Breakfast spread was very nice, even including Indian menu as well. Location was one of the best, beach was just across the road. Very happening place.

My room was paid for "Ocean view", but it appears to me as partly ocean view. This was only negative, rest everything was superb.

I had the deluxe ocean view room. It was amazing! I had a partial view of the ocean which was great based on the angle of my room. The grounds were perfectly manicured. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods to select from. The staff is very happy, friendly and professional. The staff remembered me and greeted me by name which was extremely kind. I also enjoy the spa. I walked a lot and had some foot pain. I needed a foot massage, I was able to get an appointment immediately in the spa. The spa did not disappoint. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed with no more pain after getting my foot massage. I felt safe in the hotel. We were two females travelers so our safety was very important to us. There are two entrance to the beach walk from the hotel which we loved. Excellent hospitality! Overall, experience was magnificent!

There was temporary construction around the kid pool area but we could still use the adult pool. No real complaints about this because it did not affect my lovely experience at the hotel. The construction noise was barely noticeable when I was in my room.

I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff from the the baggage porters to the check-in reception staff and especially those who serve us during breakfast in the restaurant was very helpful and always wear a smile. The modern, clean and comfortable rooms that we have is just GREAT! I would also like to thank the masseuse who massage for me and my family from SHINE, they are very professional and skilful and we are truly pampered. Will definitely come again on our next trip.

Can't pinpoint on anything that we dislike, just keep up the good work, maintain the quality of the furnishing and friendly services in years to come and we will keep coming back :)

The location of the property is best. It is opposite to the beach short walk and you are there. Even a beach walk mall is beside. And you can go there by just walking downstairs from the hotel. Another thing is they might have renovated recently or they are very good at maintaining as the property was good as new. They have a great breakfast. In fact, for my 8-night package, the best breakfast was here. Even vegetarian options were there which are difficult to find in Bali.

Their regular lunch and dinner menu does not hold any easy to find vegetarian dishes. And I booked for 5 people so according to that I had paid. But after reaching the hotel I found that my booking was done for 5 people for breakfast. And if I need to have an extra bed then I need to pay extra. So I don't know if this issue was due to booking.com or hotel. As booking.com service was difficult to connect with.

I was excited to go to the charming cozy hotels I had booked for our trip to Bali much more than Sheraton, but actually it was the best one we stayed. the hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious. bed, pillow, towels and sheets are excellent, the air conditioner works really well and the bathroom is very nice, with a good shower and amenities. the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the activities in the hotel, the pool, cinema etc. recommend and would come back.

I noticed it is common not having air conditioners everywhere in bali, but I felt the lobby area was too hot, and also didn’t like the douche in the toilet, but these are details, the only thing that annoyed me on the stay was the Wi-Fi that was really bad in my bedroom. I even complained about it in the reception but didn’t change anything. in a hotel like this internet connection should be great in all hotel areas.

Incredible staff headed by Putu the duty manager on our check-in, to Lounge staff Ayu, Anil and Nor, to the Daily Social which served up excellent food for breakfast and dinner with service unequalled by Buddah, Ferdi, DD and others. Housekeeping was amazing, nothing was too much to ask.

No entertainment in the evening at the Lounge and no enjoyable piped music. This would make a big difference for people to sit back of an evening and enjoy happy hour. For such a classy hotel you would think the least thing would be to pipe in soft Jazz or r&b. No idea what crappy music was piped in.

The staff all just wowwwww... Very friendly and polite, especially all in the restaurant, all smiles from heart i could see, more than two of them always come to our table to greetings, asking anythjng they can help, introduce their self, and remember our names always in the next days we stayed, foods are always amazing,some change every day, many choices, also they didnt mind to offering to bring some food ot drinks to our table, for us everything was perfect, will back for sure

The pool is not too big but it was okay as I didnt really want to swim

Everything. From the room to the bathroom to the amenities and the staff, it was absolutely perfect. The beach is just literally across the road, there's a connecting route from the hotel to the mall, the restaurant served delicious breakfast and all the staff just made us feel really special and welcomed. It was like having a VIP experience at every turn. They're really accommodating to all your concerns, especially when you have late night arrivals and departures. If your room doesn't have an ocean view, they have a sunset deck (plus the lounge) that's perfect for it. Plus! If you're a bit of drinker, they always have happy hours.
