The room was well organized, bathroom shower was clean, water pressure was good and water heat was great. The staff was extremely hospitable. I was there because I needed a private space to work and I got just that.

My dust mite allergy flared up. I believe that the bed and carpet needs some deep cleaning, not just regular vacuum but dust mite vacuum on both bed and carpet. Better yet, get rid of the carpet in rooms because people like me with allergies can really live without them.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. They present a good breakfast with a wide range of dishes. The staff is friendly. The small mall in which the hotel is located has some decent but not special restaurants and coffee shops. Those close tater early however. In the evening you can find tasty saté around the corner, the the best is found at the crossing of Wijaja 13 and Panglima 4, about 5 Decent hotel with clean rooms. There is not much of a bar facility to enjoy a beer in te afternoon of at the hotel nor in the mall. But with Grab you could consider to go to KemVil (at about 5 min without traffic and maybe 15 is there is traffic jam at the crossing with Jln Prapancia. The swimming pool of the hotel is there but it isn’t very inviting to take a relaxing swim.

I've been several times staying here. The only think I got annoyed was the housekeeping knock the door before 12pm, shall they have the room list with estimated date to check out? Morning check was really unnecessary.

Fajar at the front desk needs to be recognised. He went above and beyond with helping me and my friends with getting our clothes dry cleaned outside the hotel. He assisted us greatly with communicating with the dry cleaners, arranging payment and even picked up the clothes himself from the dry cleaners. Thanks so much Fajar, your customer service is truly exceptional.

Staff excellent friendly and attentive, Room good- and changed without fuss after initially given room next to elevator hence too noisy.

shower - i have complained at least ten times over many years. my only solitary issue with hotel 101, i.e. the water pressure and temperature from shower is poor and inconsistent. Guests want a nice hot shower with good water pressure after running around busy Jakarta!, ya.! :). please have engineering fix.

- Breakfast was great as there was so many options to choose from and it was tasty. - Room was clean and cleaning service worked very well. - Also great view to outside in day and night. - Hotel location was perfect and there was many restaurants and shops located nearby. - Service provided by staff was high quality. Big plus points for being able to get good service in English.

Location is good and the room is clean and nice. A lot of places to eat near the hotel. Grab accessibility is good. Although the building show signs of aging however overall experience is good.

Everytime I took Grab I need to pay 6000 IDR for the parking fee by the building management unless I need to ask hotel reception to waive off the charges.

Clean, great location with many restaurants, cafés and supermarket, quiet at night though, we had a very good sleep

No water dispenser, Wi-Fi had occasionally short interruptions (was still ok for working but not the best), poor light in bathroom (so dark)

great location near to any great spots restaurant or shopping center, hotel are clean staff are attentive and very helpful comfy room

the lobby drop off systems for hotel guest as every time getting taxis or online transportation needs to pay for the parking although we are hotel guest so that’s not great at all
