Ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

Ibis Styles was in a great area. There are hawker style restaurants out the front that had delicious Indonesian and Chinese food. There were always Bluebird taxis waiting to take you where ever you want. The pool is at the Novotel but very easy to access and a beautiful big, clean pool. The breakfast is good, plenty of options. The staff are very helpful and we found them very knowledgeable about Jakarta and its attractions. Would stay here again.

Breakfast had a lot of wastage from guests that take too much and don't eat it. They then go and get more food and leave it. Maybe trial ala carte.

Location is near the Jakarta International Stadium and also there are nearby restaurants/convenience store to buy food and other needed items. The room is spacious for two persons however the space between the twin beds area is too narrow, you couldn't walk between the two beds but its okay.

Wifi is a bit slow and sometimes disconnects on the phone. One of the lampshade in our room is not working. Also the water from the shower sometimes goes out causing some puddle build up in the powder room area. There is a 5,000 IDR parking charge whenever we are being picked up / dropped off by our Grab in the hotel, I hope there will be a grace period if the Grab car will only stay for a couple of minutes.

It was at strategic location for my needs, the room was spacious for two people, the staff was very helpful, the water heater worked well, very clean beds also.

There was a leaking coming out the floor, I hadn’t got time to report it to the staff because the leaking was at my last day of staying there. I’m so surprised there is no bidet so it’s kinda handy after doing your business.

the location!!! plenty of food stall and mall and mart next door really helpful. food was great too, only few options but tasted good. for solo traveller room is relatively enough. staff is attentive and nice.

the toilet space is a bit narrow. i was at room 9416, the fridge barely cooling anything..and no control on the floor, maybe because during my stay a group of guests stayed at the same floor, they make noises and played a song with their bt speaker.

Just for one night before / after flight is good option. Rooms are pretty small, but ok, no any view outside. 7th floor is noisy from the bar, 8th is smoking. I preferred 8th at least to sleep :) Breakfast is ok, you will not leave hungry but abso nothing special to expect

No any place to walk around, pretty dirty around, market etc. Pool is shared with Novotel, pool is big clean, but so hot and zero fresh wind / air outside that it's hard to stay at the pool more than 30 mins

Close to Pademangan and locate in the center of Jakarta Utara. The room is good with comfy bed and clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Maybe they should open more check in/out desks and staffs as the queue are very long in one time. Anyway i really appreciate the staff and they helps during our stay.

Pool isn't actually in hotel, it's in the Novotel next door which you can access but only if you find a member of staff to open the door which was sometimes difficult

it's quiet area.. far from the noisy train bell :) we are familiar with Mangga Dua square area. the best coffee - starbuck , delicious rumah makan padang sederhana are within walking distance,

the room 8223 does not have the inner door lock , - TV programs are snowy ( the picture does not clear ) we didn't complain this , since we didn't watch TV , but the inner door lock is important to be checked by hotel

Location and the hotel staff especially the front desk and security were so helpful. Thank you so much for the good service.

-Lighting inside the room was dull -Saw two small cockroaches on the room floor once we enter the room. (Manage to kill it with my shoe 😂)

The location, cleanliness, facilities, air-condition, tidy.

Receptionist communication ( Miss. Amelia) was not helpful and can't understand the rules of the booking. I tried my best to translate every single word in the booking conditions but she don't like to to understand. Bathroom has no privacy.
