The room is spacious with big screen TV. The resort area is large, greenery and having the club where the swimming pool was. Staff is friendly and helpful, easy check in and out. Good location on top of Batu after Songgoriti. Breakfast variety was great unfortunately no yogurt provided (where it should be easy in Batu)
The pool may need cleaning as some dead leaves were floating. The glass door exit to balcony needs to be trained to the guest as it was challenging to open.

Since the weather is nice and suit to many kind of plants, suggest to add flower beds or bushes for to make a beautiful eyesight.

The villa is very spacious, clean with a very complete utensils. The view is beautiful, and the food is tasty
WiFi didn't work. There are a couple of lamps are broken so the room is a little bit dark. Eventhough the villa is clean but it looks old and need more maintenance. The playground in front of the clubhouse looks like an abandoned place
