Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage

Love the warm infinity pool, our kids loved it. The room was a good size. Love the bathtub and the pine trees view. The breakfats was good with lots of variety of Indonesian and western foods. They also provided traditional drinks ‘jamu’. The staffs were very attentive and helpful.

Limited parking space, small kids playground. On our last day the door lock was broken, it takes times to fix the lock so the technician gave us the manual key cause we had to get ready to pack our things and check out.

Warm pool! It was so cold up in the mountain but the hotel really did give a good thought about it. The pool model was infinity and overlooking mountain so it was so breathtaking. Also at that much rate, they already gave bathtub in the room, while other hotels are shower so that was a good one esp while travelling with little children.

Breakfast was average. The staff kept calling me asking what time I arrived despite I have been paying full amount for my stay.

Firstly, I didn't expect that my stay at Swissbel Resort Dago would be so awesome, I only had 1 night trip to Bandung and would love to see the green surroundings around Dago Pakar area, without thinking that the property would be spotlessly clean and facilities were that good. Indeed, it was really good!!! I loved the ambiance when I entered the lobby, it was semi open air and directly show the way to the pool. I didn't manage to swim because it was too crowded and I was still very concerned with covid, but I used the gym room and it was only me and my friend there. Staff were so welcoming and polite. Breakfast was okay and they provided open air area too so yes, I felt totally safe! Room was bigger than I expected, stayed in grand deluxe with seating area and eventhough they didn't give me balcony, the mountain view was so nice to see when I wake up in the morning. Will comeback with family for sure, my kid will be happy I am sure.

Almost nothing! Everything is near, minimarket, Stone Cafe, and only 10 mins away from center.

I like the facilities and friendly as well as helpful staffs. We really enjoy the breakfast foods as well.

At the shower, the water dripped to the floor. We need to prevent it by putting the small towel on the top edge of the bathtub.

room is big, but color of the furniture a bit dark, the blanket looks a bit old ,so the whole room atmosphere seems abit old

The Room was clean. The Interior looks pretty new. The Covid protocol in the restaurant is good.

Location was far from city center & atraction. I forgot my Charger plugged on the wall. I called the hotel 1 hour after checked out, the Charger wasn't there. Magically gone? I dont think so.. The "room have been cleaned sticker" that placed at the door was reused.

Location was great if you're visiting bandung for a relaxing holiday. Wifi was great. Staff was really nice. Everything else was great.

Cleanliness must get improved. They have provided all the hygiene requirements however bathtubs, doorways and corridors wasn't really clean. Treadmill wasn't working in the gym. Please pay heavy attention to the breakfast egg station. I had breakfast for 2days and on both days omelette had some egg shells in it. I complained to the chef however he seems not caring. Didn't even bother to give me a new one. Pitty shame on it.

Good location. Good room with view. Room rate was affordable.

We asked for twin bed but they gave us the double bed. It was hard to keep distance during breakfast since there was too many people in the restaurant and the hotel didn’t cater breakfast in the room.

Location is good. Good view. Breakfast is okay except maybe for deep fried snack. Hard to chewy.

Glass window in bathroom. Bathtube is a liitle bit slippery. Safety box was not working.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bandung. Please Swiss bell Resort Hotel Bandung give your staff awards, especially Aditya Ramadhan.
