Indian Wedding was going on so lots of noise and the rooms were not sound proof as it was really very disturbing throughout the night as the guests were drunk and making lots of noise in the corridor regards of our effort to convey the message, only gud thing is Priyanka and soma who were the Nepali speaking staffs who made the stay a bit comforting other then that it's a hype for paying such huge money for a ordinary stay.....

Alok at Front office welcomed us with smiles, customer relations humbly checked with us if all was well and even assisted us with the request for specific toiletry. Cinnamon Terrace is their newly opened roof top restaurant and it is the BEST in town, in terms of service, food, ambience, live music and prices. Hemanta curates bespoke cocktails and they are a must try. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread. Saurav & Amresh provided attentive table service. Meghna greeting with her smile would ensure she gives the perfect made eggs as you like it. The sous chefs would personally visit the table and check if all is well and if any special requests. That added a personal touch to our experience. A special mention of the housekeeping team as well, they added personal touches to the room with different sublet petal decor and also a personalized note. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY Recommend the stay without any doubt. We even extended our trip. Enjoy

Due to some unexpected hick-ups on our journey, we re-routed and booked very short notice at The Courtyard by Marriott in Siliguri. We had an excellent stay with perfect service! We LOVED the breakfast buffet. The senior chef asked the day before, what specials we would appreciate the most. And he placed them ALL on the buffet. This was not a breakfast, but a feast :-). We very much enjoyed our holiday, wich was tuned from sorrow into joy. Thank you to the The Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri team. Special thanks to Espriti, Insuna and the pastry chefs ;-). The manager personally came to introduce himself and ask if everything is fine. At the end we even got a bon-voyage-cake, before departing to the hills.

Excellent reception, Wonderful food supervised by Chef Subhomoy Sarkar and S.Chakraborty. In dining area,Bina, Souvik and Beley did excellent work. Chef Subhomoy always personally supervised the dining area. It was an awesome experience. Speciality dinner Thali of Bengali Cousine supervised by Chef Sarkar on 22nd Nov deserves special mention and appreciation. These dedicated staff are backbones of the property.

Didn't notice any problem. However, Marriage parties and similar group should be separately entertained as they tend to create disturbance for other guests.

Very good service. It took just 5 minutes to check-in to the hotel. Courteous staff and a very clean hotel. Nice Gym and swimming pool. And the breakfast is awesome.. If you want to try amazing Bengali food in the evening, famous hotel Epare Bangla (budget hotel with great food) is just walkable distance (150 mtrs)

Nothing as such. we should consider the cost as well, given the cost, the service is super.

The facility, cleanliness and the food. The F&B team and Kitchen team at Siliguri Kitchen Restaurant were too good (both food and service). The small Bon voyage cake was an icing on it.

The Front Office team/ Reservation is not clear and candid. Made me move around. The House Keeping team didn’t fill up the towels and others in my other guest rooms. We had to call every time to get it done.

We had travelled 3 hours by car from Darjeeling after a dreadful hotel stay there. Left a day early to travel to Siliguri to make sure close to airport for flight following day. The Courtyard was like moving from hell to heaven. Every aspect perfect. Wonderful facilities, beautiful room, food exceptional, superfast laundry service. Staff wonderful.

Literally everything was perfect.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both superb - wide variety and good taste! Given the 5-star standard, it was definitely value for money. Prompt service with helpful suggestions from the always-smiling staff; manager personally spoke with guests to gather feedback.

Dinner sweets can be improved - cakes and pastries were rather dry. Aircon in room was slightly cold (highest temp is 24 degrees C) - manager said the hotel will raise it to 26 degrees C.

The staff were wonderful, they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and my bed was very comfortable. Shower was sooo nice and breakfast was excellent

The only thing I didn't like was being stood over while I completed a review for TripAdviser. It felt like coercion and made me uncomfortable. I like to put some thought into my reviews and was definitely put on the spot.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good location.

Since I belong from the same industry I felt there is a lack of personal touch from the staff of this property. And I don't really know why did they hesitate so much to give a spare key, I requested for it thrice which was really very unusual. Also they were not quite prompt with their services which you really expect from a property like marriott. Overall a good experience however it could have been better.
