Staff was good Butler on our floor, Mr. KUMAN SINGH if I am not mistaken was very good and helpful Food served was good in taste but not served hot

Shooting was going on, and for that, we had to suffer The lift was closed, and the staircase was closed. we had to stand there unwanted, We had to watch shooting Shooting was going late hours during our sleep time The hotel was getting their earnings The day we came , I wanted to go to the swimming pool , but I couldn't go as shooting was going on. That was not good We had also paid for our leisure and for that we had come for holiday But sorry Experience was bad for which we had paid

The heritage feel of the property and the vibe makes you feel so good. Special thanks to Siddharth, as our little disappointment of basement rooms were taken care by him and his duty manager and we were moved to other rooms. His attention to detail speak about us receiving message of room numbers so we know where are the family member. He was spot on and helped us in every query. We were a large group of family and we had a great time. The property, location and overall vibe is great including the 5 PM high tea.

Crazy peak hours of breakfast, maybe because we were in peak holiday season.

The hotel is conveniently located outside the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers the same amenities at the larger palace hotels for only a part of the cost. The staff were attentive. Special mention to Siddhartha, Khuman and Kishan for taking care of us during our stay. We enjoyed the spa, the pool and the hotel restaurants. The sunrise from the hotel roofs are excellent and all rooms have great views of the lake or the inner courtyard. The folk song, puppet show and pottery organized by the hotel is a nice touch. Autos and taxis await just outside the hotel gate making it easy to get to places.

The customer service and attention to details at Radisson Blu Palace Resort, Udaipur was spectacular. From smooth check in experience to the relaxing spa to the lavish brunch spread and last but not the least the view from the room, made our anniversary staycation truly memorable. Would like to especially thank Mr. Siddharth, who took great care in ensuring we have the best possible experience. He took great care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend the experience of staying at this wonderful property if you plan to visit Udaipur.

We liked the architectural novelty of the hotel building, the welcoming staff, the overall ambience. We liked the the evening tea and entertainment programmes, the morning tea arrangement. The view from the third floor restaurant in the evening is very beautiful. The manager, Mr. Gourami, took out time to have a chat with us. We really appreciated that. Absolutely best value for money.

The choice of snacks at the evening (complimentary) tea can be better.

Ambience and location was superb. Food was very good and head chef was excellent. He was quite helpful and catered to our needs. Amazing view of the Fateh Sagar lake and Picturesque location.

The hotel had destination weddings and this cause lot of disturbance to many other visiting hotel guest. Buffet was good although they need to make sure food is served warm. Spa needs to be more hygienic and refurbishing.

The ambience was too good , . Beautiful, calm and serene. Superb Hospitality , Welcomed in style by Ms Manjusha . Mr Ashik took good care of us , for guiding and helping with our luggage and what not . Thank you Ashik and Manjusha .

The guests shouldnt have disturbed this often , knocking too many times , even after turning on the DND .

Breakfast buffet was amazing. The evening cultural program with light refreshments was awesome. Live music, pottery kiosk, puppet show all made the experience amazing. They also have electric bikes to roam around the property.

The air HVAC system in the room only set for cooling, heating is not available. If anyone is visiting Udaipur during winter, some level of heating is much needed.

The hotel stay was simply superb. Marvelous construction- it is built like a Fort and you are treated like a Raja there. The hotel also offers a great view of the lake. The food on offer was of the highest standards

In the superior room where I stayed, the faucet shower is on the left side of the toilet. This poses difficulty in washing after the loo. The hotel staff, especially those in off-peak hours, seem inexperienced.

Exceptional services especially Siddhartha Roy who took care of our requirements q well. Breakfast spread was q lavish. Dinner at terrace restaurant was a great experience. Property is q beautiful from outside. View overseeing the lake was very beautiful

Quality of rooms and washrooms need Renovation. Infrastructure needs to be upgraded.
