Superb room , great service I stayed with family

The hotel as well as the rooms are quite large and also has a large balcony. The bathroom was wonderful.

1. My appalling experience is that of having to climb a huge flight of stairs, to reach the reception , carrying my luggage, without anyone to ask (the watchman at the bottom of the stairs was looking the other way, as if he was not for the hotel.) It was only later that I came to know that there was a lift behind the stairs. If only the watchman had guided ..... 2. The single bed was made of two cots and two bedspread . and the partition was evident and hence did not serve as a single bed. 3.There seems to be a lackadaisical approach towards maintaining the ambience and the comfort. I have rated it as the 4th smiley since the hotel itself is not bad. But the interiors, the curtains and the balcony can be made to look very chic if only a slight application of imagination is done. - Curtains never covered in full . - wall decor looked pretty old - Balcony was quite open to dust. But they seem to have redone the bathroom alone, and it did look superb.

Located perfectly for the work for which I came for. Room size is good.

Room cleaners need some training. They picked used towel but didn't replace it with clean one. Did not replenish coffee sachets and did not keep stirring spoon or stick. They had not kept a menu in the room to order food, I had to called and ask them for options. Very limited options. Morning breakfast is not available until 8:30 or 9am. People going out early from the rooms have to arrange their breakfast somewhere else.

Location and staff behaviour was good. Room was clean.

The phone was not working. Whenever we were trying to call room service, it was getting connected to other guest rooms. Informed the staffs multiple times still they didn’t fix it. For ordering food, had to go to reception multiple times.

Location was good. The housekeeping staff was good and prompt. AC, Wifi was good.

Certain things in the room were not working. Like the fridge, hair dryer. Bathrooms had mold in some corners which could be dangerous. Parking is a slight problem. Gym is a total flop... it is the most dirty place and the hotel has the audacity to call it a gym...

Location and service is good. Prices are affordable.

This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel if they pay attention to small things like bathroom door making screeching noise, towels and toilet papers etc.

Rood is good and cleaned, toiletries is not complete. I have not received invoice, When i have asked for invoice, receptionist told that it will provide by your booking portal. I have not received invoice by email also. pls share invoice to claim in office.

I booked suite room but they have given normal deluxe room and they are treating deluxe upper club room as suite room.
