Bloomrooms @ New Delhi Railway Station

The hotel is very bright and clean, close to the New Delhi railway station. This allowed me to walk there straight from the train after arriving in Delhi. The room was simple but clean. The bed was fantastic: very soft and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet with lots of south Indian, north Indian and western options--very delicious. The internet was good, although sometimes it would breakup for a few minutes, but then it came back strong. The staff was very friendly. Given how dodgy most of the hotels in the area are, this is definitely a great place to stay for a good price;

Really liked this hotel, the staff is really helpfull, the people from the travel agency were also very helpfull and helped me with the Covid test. I realy liked that everything was clean, confy, it was just perfect. The food was also really good. If I had to come back I will definitely go back to Bloomsroom. When I arrived in Delhi I was in another, which was a 3 stars hotel and I am glad I changed my booking to come into this one.

There is nothing I can tell that I didn't like. In India is difficult to find something correct and this one really met my expectations.

- great location, close to train station and airport express line - clean rooms - very nice and helpful staff. They provided early check-in and breakfast on a short notice - water coolers and heaters on each floor - tasty and varied breakfast

- wi-fi was not working in our room - rooms don't have windows. This was not a big issue for us since we only went there to sleep

With all the fake reviews out there, it was a relief to find somewhere safe, clean and in a good location - even if it was a little more expensive than the budget options. Close to metro and train station / tuk tuk to any of the major sites 50-130 affordably. Free water (bottled dispenser), helpful front desk to find a hairdresser, helped book trains and a pre-paid car back to the airport, lift for luggage, staff members helping take up luggage and load up the car. Room had a safe you can enter the combination into each time you wish to use it.

Room wasn't super spacious and a bit more expensive than other budget options, but still very affordable. Well worth it when you know it'll be clean and safe.

Bloomrooms offers a clean, safe and soothing environment a few minutes walk away from New Delhi railway station. The rooms are small but well-equipped, new and clean. The bathroom was excellent. The staff is helpful and the whole hotel works very smoothly. It is suitable for someone looking for a modern and sanitized well-located venue. Breakfast is very good.

Even though the facility is new and fairly well built, there is no real noise isolation from the outside street on street-facing rooms, which will be noisy. The hotel is fairly pricey: if one is looking for a quick stay near the station and doesn't need as polished facilities, better priced alternatives likely exist.

A bit far from the New Delhi station -wouldn’t recommend walking to the hotel especially if you’re carrying a suitcase I received a message from the hotel that I needed to confirm my reservation the day before my arrival, even though I had successfully booked on booking.com -otherwise, according to the message from the hotel my rooms were to be released. It was all of a sudden and I was outside India then so I felt quite uneasy. What is the point of reconfirming the booking?

I like the open-air area on level 1 where chairs are provided. I was able to do my work there while enjoying the cool october weather. The breakfast selection was sufficient and flavourful(Mind you it’s mainly vegetarian but they do offer made-to-order eggs). Room service was nice. Food was great. I brought toiletries with me but if you didn’t, they can be requested. The staff are all friendly and are observant. If only all hotels could have staff like the ones I met here. Lastly, it’s literally a stone’s throw away from the railway station.

Bed was a little bit too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. On the 2nd day of my stay, the water was rusty when I adjusted the nozzle to get hot water. But that was temporary. The next day that problem was gone. The single room I stayed in had no window so it can get stuffy. But then there is that outside space for guests to sit.

Tiwari and the rest of the staff was the highlight of this stay. He was available to accommodate our needs, and when we needed to make adjustments to our booking, the staff was very helpful in doing so. When we checked out of our room, we realized we might have been short some money for our taxi. Tiwari offered to give us some cash so that we could meet the taxi fare. He also helped us flag down our car and saw us off. Hospitality at its best.

The building is located in a very bustling neighborhood in Delhi, so there was quite a bit of noise. I recommend bringing a pair of earplugs for sleeping.

the inner courtyard is clean, well-lighted and has a relaxing vibe 🏕. nice to sit and have a breath of air even in the middle of the night🧳. the room is ok, beddings are very white and clean. the hot and cold shower is a huge plus, considering the price 😊 the receptionists are very helpful, speaks english well and polite. i forgot the name of the one on duty early morning yesterday, i asked him to recharge my india sim using his card and he did it in seconds! truly considerate. mr. latif arranged for my transpo from the airport pick-up to hotel, to pearson vue in ashoka estate, and tour of delhi on the way to the airport. and it was reasonably priced. for a female solo traveller, this is a safe place.

the rooms are not soundproof at all 😁 you can hear the kitchen staff early morning preparing breakfast!

Had a wonderful and safe stay! This was my 2nd stay at a bloom hotel and this one was with a friend for visa work. We booked this location because its fairly close to the VFS office in shivaji metro station. I was a bit apprehensive about booking bunk beds but they were so comfortable! Some friends told us to be careful outside the hotel because the area is more local. We were careful and didn't face any problems. The staff were very professional and helpful. Travelling alone or with just a friend as women can sometimes be a little concerning but this place was safe and I appreciated how well lit all areas were no matter what the hour. Thank you to the hotel and staff!
