Radisson Blu Hotel, Nagpur

We stayed 5 nights as tourists. Although disappointed with the tourist attractions, the hotel was great!! Many attractions were closed or under maintenance, so we spent a fair bit of time in the hotel. We loved our room and the breakfast. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

We struck bad timing and the pool was closed for maintenance. In five days we didn't see maintenance being done...shrug. The pool is in shade for a good part of the day.

Excellent hospitality…. Overall staff are good .. but I have to take one name of front desk executive Ms Sudha , I stay in hotel 2 time in this month ..both time for checkin and checkout Ms Sudha was there .. who gave prompt and hassle free experience while doing all formalities.. Very good hospitality provided from her as guest . Excellent Hotel . Cheers .

Food quality can improve little being such good hotel

The hotel was very courteous in providing extra supply of coffee n creamer satches...the room was very comfy n clean

Personal hygiene products were not kept in the room n were available on request. The reason being given was to avoid touch in corona times...but now all the hotels hv started their services regularly. Further 222 or automatic dial back intercom nos were not answered on wch we were supposed to place request for the same. Airport shuttle service for 3 kms travel was offered at rs 1200+ taxes

The hotel staff is very warm and welcoming and also the restaurant I visited Ni Hau for Asian cuisine was awesome and Rahul gave a very prompt service with a smile.

The breakfast could be changed and the taste should be altered as the South Indian food at the breakfast was not at all upto the mark and sambar was just like water. The breakfast needs a transformation. Please look into this matter.

Perfect breakfast, cleanness, services, food (dinner) the chefs are amazing and they respect our specifications… in general the hotel is simply amazing, made my stay absolutely remarkable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved everything

A very comfortable place to stay in Nagpur. The room was spotless. Staff are efficient and hospitable Excellent breakfast with lots of interesting, fresh options. A special thanks to mr Suman for looking after me and being so friendly.

Didn’t received any call back after calling 3 times for airport pick up booking. Every time they promised to call back in 10 minutes but hadn’t received any call neither email confirmation for pick up service booking . Moreover without using the pick up bill was included. If I hadn’t checked the break up of bill, I would have end up paying. They should have what’s app message service at-least for guest coming from abroad, this Will solve the communication gap.

The room was excellent. The lobby is inviting and good for short meetings. Room services was good. staff is welcoming.

The restaurants need to have more options for food especially for people traveling alone and want to eat small portions. Need to manage the billing counter better during the rush hours.

It's a plush property and the rooms are obviously what you'd expect of Radisson. Staff were attentive and polite.

The rooms weren't well cleaned. I called housekeeping because there was hair plastered to one of the walls in the shower and didn't check that they'd cleaned it properly (and they hadn't -- at all). Staff were very lax about wearing their masks, especially room service and the service staff at breakfast. I saw masks on chins, under noses, or missing entirely. Very off-putting.

A very well maintained hotel with good facilities and very attentive staff. I stayed in their superior room on the 8th floor which was very spacious with great city views. The location was great as it was not far from various shopping facilities and eateries.
