Taking a shower in a bath tub was bit challenging always you have a fear of slipping due to soap water pls make some alternate arrangements not all opt of bath tubs better to have a proper shower in premium rooms that will ease out the risk and to aviod any accidents while taking shower - first time i have seen getting into bath tub and taking normal shower bath tubs are basically for leisure bathing - as a tourist its diff to take shower

This is definitely a value for money hotel. At just under 3500₹ per night, this place definitely takes the cake! Rooms: Large. Comfy beds. All necessary facilities. Even a mini bar and a fridge. Plenty of toiletries including a nice scented green apple shampoo. The AC was also integrated into the room. Very impressive. No balcony. Although the large (unopenable) window had the view of the swimming pool. Facilities: I didn't actually use any so not sure about this. But there was a nice cozy restaurant, a cool looking pub, and a nice coffee shop within the hotel. Location: Most important feature. It is barely 5 mins away from Mysore Zoo and Mysore Palace. Overall: Complete value for money!! Will visit again soon!

Helpful staff as well as polite. Good location and spacious layout of thr hotel. Ample parking. Good food for the money charged.

Massage parlour service was not worth the money. No proper massage was done. Hot and cold water for bath was very non-predictable . At times it was too hot at times no hot water. Mixing for right temperature was something we could beger achieve properly.

Specially the Room, so spacious and my toddler son had ample amount of space to play. Though we had booked the premium suite. So Cant comment on the size of the other category rooms but I am hopeful it must be spacious enough

The cleanliness and the Location

The room was huge! As we had a corner room, we had two enclosed balconies. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was great and the laundry service and travel desk were big bonusses.

The hotel is a bit old. It definitely needs a bit of work done. The card reader in my room door didn't work, so I had to go down to reception 3 times as I couldn't get into my room.

Great location and nice pool. Lobby area is very stylish. Good buffet breakfast.

The room is a bit shabby and could do with refurbishment. The toilet flush did not work well.

Very good choice at breakfast . Excellent omelette chef. Very helpful staff.

The door keycard system was very hit & miss . Help was required more than once.

It's a good location and has all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is very old and the room provided was not one of the renovated ones.
