Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow

Despite telling the staff multiple times about the guest (id already shared with the hotel) who stayed with me. Security stopped the guest multiple times at the lift and made the situation awkward for the me and the guest. This is unexpected from a good hotel. Security should check with reception staff before stopping the guest. Hilton gave the experience of some cheap hotel rather than being a good brand. Food is pretty average, there should be a way to opt out the complementary breakfast. I didn't have the breakfast anyways based on my previous stay experience. I stayed at this place multiple times, the table in the room is always wobbly.

Food quality was simply excellent. All items were extremely tasty. The breakfast and buffet dinner spreads were quite extensive. And the best part was the stuff - just to name a few with whom we made special bonds - Aarohi of the Reception Desk, Amit, Ankit, Ashwini in the Dining Hall, and many many other faces, whose names I don't recollect of hand (old fellow - you know!), however, all played their parts to make it a perfect experience for us. Keep it up Team Hilton! P.S. Don't miss the grilled chicken (a-la-carte item) - the Chef recommended it for our lunch, and it was simply out of this world!

Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow is an exceptional property, a hotel with a noble soul! The Management and Staff are extremely courteous and take that extra step to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Their restaurant, The Grille, serves a splendid buffet breakfast and their all day dining is also excellent. The stewards and managing staff are very courteous and serve you with a smile! Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow is highly recommended. it is in true ‘Hilton’ character and does justice to its proud lineage. Go for it…. 😊

Good Breakfast with variety of options. Supportive staff who are always ready to improvise and help as per customer's convenience , Specially i would suggest for sure look for Mr. GAURAV as he is one of the best hospitality manager i have seen off lately in my recent stays in seeveral hotels.

Location is a bit isolated but otherwise all good, you must be having your own conveyance to enjoy.

The room was booked for a newly married couple as a gift for their first night. they thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well as the breakfast next morning.

A request was placed at the time of booking that this being the first night as a newly wedded couple, whatever could possibly be offered at no extra cost to make their stay not only comfortable (which was expected) but also memorable. Upon reaching the hotel, i was informed that no request was received. I was shocked to hear this. when the young guy at the reception checked on my insistence, he said that some request had "just come in", but that it was too late into the night to do anything about it. It was after 10:00 pm. Late check-in had already been informed. Not only was the response shocking, but the tone of voice used by the young man was equally shocking!

It was a long stay and I would rate overall experience as good. Best part of the hotel is staff, well behaved, helping and keen to address any issues. I liked house keeping staff, they were spontaneous and followed little requests without repeating everyday. Also the Resturant staff and kitchen is as you would expect from hotel of this standard.

There is potential of improvement in room furnishings, it doesn’t go quite with weather conditions of Northern india. Flooring could do with wooden rather than carpeted. Staff suggested there are plans of renovation in near future.

We arrived after a 7 hour drive and needed cash to pay our driver, but had been unable to find a working atm. The hotel was brilliant, with their car and driver taking me on a tour of local ATMs until I found one that worked. That saved the day for us! The hotel was what I would have expected from a Hilton, so, clean, comfortable and with good service

It was easy checkin process and staff was super friendly

In dining facility was subpar. In dining manger was initially rude . We ordered Ravioli pasta they send us cannelloni pasta and then again pasta was very hard and dry and gravy was too salty. We had to return but return process was bit rude . In the end inding manager apologized admitting their mistake. But if they are charging hefty amount for such simple pasta (around 900 Rs. including service charges and taxes ) then we expect it to be good.

Have stayed in this property many times now. The service, breakfast and rooms are all great.

The hotel charged me an extra 12% then what booking.com showed, apparently it was some sort of tax. It would be nice if booking.com showed the actual price that I needed to pay OR the hotel didn't charge extra then what booking.com showed.

Location. Breakfast. Staff. Amenities. The buffet was exceptional. They went out of their way to prepare jain food for us on Tuesday and yet put it on our half board plan. That's caring hospitality!! Everything one loves and expects at Hilton. A shout out to Pui, Mohit, Himanshu for their amazing behaviour!

Room swipe cards lost their charge too soon. You really had to wait for Darjeeling tea sachets. Sometimes for half a day!
