Goldfinch Retreat Bangalore

There are so many hotels near the Bangalore airport , you don’t know which one to choose & most are located in the noisy area. Goldfinch is away from the noise tucked inside a large wooded area with trees all around. You can take a nice walk in the mornings / evenings.

When you drive towards this property , you feel you are going far from airport but as you enter the complex , you feel it’s different and it’s close to the airport , 15 minutes drive.

Location was excellent , we particularly liked the menagerie of animals in the garden area. The staff were superb, very polite and helpful at all times. The manager went out of his way to attend to our every need which was much appreciated as my wife is using a wheelchair .

Wheelchair ramps were present but were excessively steep . Would have liked a ceiling fan as an alternative to always putting the a/c on.

Ambience is good, food spread and taste is exceptional. The rooms were extraordinary.

Well, just to mention, I told its for my Brother's 70th Birthday, you guys could have made something special. But Tapas wasn't well, and swetha was not polite enough to listen to us. We are Senior Citizens and we just wanted or expected a gesture from you. Just to mention, I am a friend of your MD, Mr Prakash Shetty, but I didn't mention. Otherwise we made our own arrangements to celebrate.

We arrived jet lagged and ver sleep deprived. Lalit looked after all our needs with great courtesy. He could not have been more helpful. Nandina in reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you both and all the other staff, everyone was kind and helpful. The food was fantastic, we had the best breakfast. The beds were very very comfy, rooms clean and a beautiful hot shower.

We were given an upgrade of our rooms! We had our breakfast at around 8:00 am and it was fresh and delicious. They can keep some more variety of bread - brown / multigrain and with butter.

For dinner, some items that we requested were not available. But whatever we did order - the quality and taste was good! Some kids related activities were not maintained like the trampoline. The kids play / park area was faraway from the hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of options, the food was delicious and authentic, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly.The hotel is surrounded by greenery, which gives it a very natural feel...

Location & Cleanness of the Room. Suite room was too big & clean. Pool View. Living room was excellent.

Service could have been faster. Every order was delayed to serve & few things we didn't receive at all. There was some Birthday party was organized on the same day & the Music was too loud, though we requested staff to reduce the volume there was no positive response which made us feel not comfort & choose wrong day for private holiday.

Check in and check out was so smooth. Staffs are very polite specially Nandita who check in Ratan who helped me to check out. Nandita was so kind. Ratan was very polite.

Everything was good

Quiet location . lots of greenery . Good restaurant . Tasty food . There is a Bar . Good swimming pool . Swimming suits available to purchase . Rooms and Toilet are very clean.

Cycles were damaged . No outdoor activities other than cycling.

The way services were offered to us! The resort offered us a Villa instead of 5 rooms are we were a family of 10 visiting.

The food in the resort was not up to the mark! Could’ve been better
