The modern rooms are very practical. Fast WiFi6, TV with wireless display support. Good comfortable hot shower. Spacious room with power sockets and light switches where you expect them to be. Comfortable bed.
The room was not ready at check-in time and check-in was at a slightly different location after which it took us a while to find the entrance of the actual rooms. Staff at front desk was busy and not so friendly.

Room was clean. Smelled like the furniture where new. Price about 50 euros per night was fair for the great condition of the facilities.
You need to visit white luxury to get the keycard. Not a major issue. You can find parking fairly easily on the street.
