I travelled with my 22 year old son, 11 year old daughter and her 10 year old friend. The location is ideal, half way between Faliraki and Rhodes Old Town. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the bus runs every twenty minutes to both locations. A taxi to Old Town costs €11 and to Faliraki €18. The access to the beach is great although you DEFINITELY need beach shoes to go into the water. The rocks are jagged and slippy. You can access the private beach for Kresten Royal Euphoria hotel which has slightly better access to the sea but you cannot use the sun loungers. Both beaches are accessed directly from the hotel. The beaches in both Rhodes and Faliraki are much better. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Most speak English but those that don't will quickly find someone who does. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced daily. Bedding is replaced whenever you like, you simply place the card on the bed for new bedding. The food at breakfast and dinner is fabulous. Lots of choices and beautifully prepared. Staff are always around and happy to replenish things if you let them know they've run out. Food is replenished right up until the point that service closes, I've stayed in hotels where food isn't replenished after 15/30 minutes before the end of service. The pool bar also serves good food and is value for money with a large pizza costing €9. The pool is great. There are plenty of sun loungers and even though we stayed in peak season (the hotel was full) the pool never felt very busy and there was none of the usual battle for sun loungers. We've travelled to many, many countries and even more hotels and this stay was our favourite by far.

The only thing that I would say was a minor inconvenience was the air con in the room. It looks like an old unit and it wasn't overly effective but it did keep the room cooler than outside which was VERY hot (on some days temps topped 40°!).

April 2022

I chose the hotel because of the green garden, big swimming pool, possibility to take part in morning yoga/pool gymnastics and modern and fresh spacious apartment. We had a swim-up and the children adored it. Everything was clean and the program was good. Overall a good stay and the hotel spaces where very good planned, giving a feeling of space and easy access to all rooms. The mini-market and ATM inside the hotel was great.

If I would have to look for something to not be happy about in this hotel I would say I would have liked the fruits on breakfast to be sliced and the orange juice was not drinkable. A lot of choises though. In the eavning the dinner did not include drinks and the hotel beach was not taken care of that well this time of the year (end of April)

Loved all the pools, beaches and views Lucas and Maria and the front are a credit to the hotel extremely helpful and always with a smile the ladies who clean are also a credit!

there if no shuttle service so false advertising taxi fee is $30 so expensive food at the hotel is terrible for a 4 star hotel worse they don’t allow delivery from outside with such bad food on offer and no room service at all!

The public areas of the hotel are quite nice and modern, but the rooms are in need of a renovation as they are old. On the upside, they are big in size so that is a big plus. Breakfast was good and had many options. Only filter coffee though, would have liked it even more if they had espresso available. The personnel was very friendly and have given us great advice on where to park our car in the city. Lastly, the hotel had some daily activities such as mini golf, yoga classes, volley ball etc. which was nice. They also had billiard tables in the lobby for the guests to play (with a small fee of 2 EUR per game)

The rooms require a little bit of renovation. They should pay some more attention to the café in the lobby as the options for food and drinks were very limited

This hotel turned out to be a delightful choice. The accommodation price was very reasonable, and we were pleasantly shocked by the level of service and its quality. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the friendly and professional staff, including the receptionist Nena. View from our room was stunning, rooms were clean everyday, the breakfast was fantastic, the swimming pool was perfect and having an outdoor restaurant and a bar added to our experience. We're grateful and look forward to returning! 🙃

There is not real beach close to the hotel, or lets say, what is there, we did not find attractive. An access to the sea was not possible because of huge stones. If you want to go sea swimming, you will have to take a car/taxi/bus a go somewhere else. (Take it as a good recommendation to rent a car in Rhodos, as there is very few taxis in a season and prices can go ridiculasely high). It also would be great, if the opening hours in the bar close to the swimming pool lasted a bit longer (later than to 16h).

Very welcoming, quite quiet for half term week which was great. Sunbeds always available, you didn't have to reserve them Staff were amazing, gave us a free upgrade to a swim up pool room, the pool was wonderful, the little beach is cobbles which didn't matter, to swim in the warm sea was great, the sunrise which we watched from the beach was beautiful. We were recommended a boat trip to Lindos by reception team, 42 euros each, taxi picked us up at 8am, got a boat from Rhodes Town, it had swimming stops on the way, absolutely amazing

If you like a cooked breakfast - it looked great, very large selection of cheese, salad, pastries etc... but only one thing that I could mention (not complain about) woud be to have some fresh fruit rather than tinned, so not a problem but because the water melon and other fruit was so lovely at the evening buffet, would be nice to have it at breafast too

There is so much i liked about this resort. You didn't need to leave it. Excellent facilities pool, pool bar, pool restaurant with excellent food. An entertainment team every day by the pool and night with different entertainment every night. A well stocked shop. Spa and gym are also available. The staff was so friendly. The 2 people who worked in the bar, Dimitris and Seva, were fantastic. The cleaner was so friendly and helpful. Only a short journey to Rhodes or Faliraki. Really enjoyed my holiday

I only had one small issue, and that was the air-conditioning at night. It wasn't strong enough and the room was very warm😞

I recommend the deluxe room with pool. The kids really enjoyed swimming there all day. The room was spacious and cool. Bed was comfy and big. The housekeeper was the loveliest woman, spoke excellent English. Actually the only one off the staff we had more contact with. We did not participate in any of the activities but the daily pool workout looked fun. I never saw where the kids activities were held so we missed those. I learned later on that all information is on a big board near the reception, nowadays an app would have worked better.

Do not come late to the breakfast. It was madness trying to get a clean spoon after 9:20 a.m. I expected more politeness from the hotel staff, it would have made the experience more valuable.

We had an excellent stay. My wife and I enjoyed all the comforts of the hotel. Arta, attendant in the pool area is a wonderful lady. A special thanks to Rafail, Marina, Anna, Margarita and Niki who served us with excellence in the restaurant. And finally, a big thank you to the three entertainment girls, Cristina, Franziska and Jana. They are simply wonderful, always very polite and smiling, ready to help everyone and full of disposition. We loved everything from the reception to our departure.

The only thing we didn't like was the way the entertainment leader treats the three girls (Cristina, Franziska and Jana). Personally nothing to complain about it. He treated us with extreme respect and receptivity. However, we saw episodes where he treated them with ignorance, being rude to assistants and sometimes even yelling. He should show more respect to them, once they're part of the team...

Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choices and renewed constantly and with consistency. Atmosphere was nicely ambient and relaxing and staff was always there to help my requests. Rooms were clean and carefully attended. Reception was fabulously kind and polite and willing to go the extra mile to take care of their guests. I liked especially the way that those Greeks keep their calm and friendliness in such busy environment. Well done and definitely going back for another round!!! Thank you so much for making my short experience enjoyable and memorable.
