- Daily cleaning of the room - AC was properly working - Sea view - Friendly personnel - Location - Dinner was delicious - Cozy room equipped with minimum necessary things, e.g. TV, hair dryer, small fridge, room slippers - Wi-Fi was good - Hotel is in front of the beach and offers free sunbeds for their visitors

Beautiful location with amazing seafront 2 k long..beach from one end to the other..were blown away by location and views..restaurants so reasonable. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.
One lstaff member at breakfast was quite rude..dark haired and possibly manager. Kept telling us breakfast was finished at 10 while we were just finishing our tea..also very rude to a 94 Yr old lady who was sitting at her table..no need for bad manners but rest of staff lovely

Peraia, and therefore the hotel, is located just south of Thessaloniki airport. We only used the room for one night before our return flight from the airport. The room is very suitable for this and is sufficiently equipped. The boulevard of Peraia (bars, restaurants, etc.) gives us a bit of the Greece holiday feeling in the evening on the last day of our holiday.
In the bathroom of room 2001, a plug was missing in the sink, which could inadvertently cause something to disappear directly into the drain.

For the price it is a great value to stay.🤑 View to the sea 😍 Tip: take anti-mosquito kits, hair dryer and beach towels! Tip2: if you stay longer, book a bigger room! It is very nice that there is a tap in front of the hotel's entrance to wash down the sand from our feet!
It would be so nice that they changed the shower curtain to tick plastic ones which reaches to the bottom or leave a mop in the room! Mosquito net would be an added value!!!

Fantastic location of the hotel with great views, just 10 meters from the sea and 2 minutes walk from the pier where ferry departing to Thessaloniki.
Spring mattress, small shower with a curtain, poorer breakfasts were a little upset, but otherwise the cleanness, service and willingness of the hotel stuff is highly appreciated

The hotel has a really nice location near the sea. It is very quiet and it has its private beach in front of it. The breakfast is fine - not too diversified but I still had plenty of choices to choose from. The staff was always helpful and communicative, every time I had a question or request they would try to help as best as they could.
The room in which I stayed, and I suppose other rooms like it, need a refurbishment, as the furniture seems a bit old and pretty used up. Also, we had an old minifridge that got cool enough really slow (~7 hours).

Amazing beachfront location. Would certainly come again because of it. Breakfast solid for 2* hotel, rooms are clean. Staff helpful, especially Daphne who resolved our special request very quickly. 20 minutes from the airport, approx 20 euros with the taxi. About an hour to the city centre, using two buses, return ticket 2.20 euros.
All good for this money.

I liked mainly everything the hotel ,the location ,the beach,and the view is absolutely amazing
nothing to complain about The breakfast is quite good although I think a bit more variety would be great such as white or brown bread and a different ceral option such as weetabix or muesli but overall it is a nice breakfast

Everything was excellent. Location is great, the hotel is right on beach and at the same time in the center of village. The staff is friendly. They have their own parking and we were able to use it even on the last day, even though we had already checked out of the hotel. The room was clean and there is a large bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Perfekt location, right on the beach. Average breakfast but it was good and fresh. I definitely recommend the hotel and a room with a sea view, where you will also have a beautiful view of Solun at night.
the only thing I didn't like is that the hotel doesn't have sunbeds on the beach. 😩
