Ellopia Point Hotel

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from city center at a new area near the University campus with a new road connecting on a straight line the hotel to the city. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is convenient for a little snack at night, or even for a dinner. They bring breakfast at room without extra charge, and the breakfast options are adequate for individuals and for families with young children. Clean bed sheets and bathroom towels delivered every day...at no charge. It's a pity that it is rated only as a 3-star whereas it offers so many more equivalent to higher-ranked hotels

Nothing to dislike

We loved the modern design, how the bar/dining area opened up to the beautiful pool area, how large and comfortable our room was, and how friendly the staff were! This is a cute little resort outside of the city! You definitely need a car (or taxi) to get there, but I would recommend for people wanting a very comfortable stay outside of town.

I was a bit surprised to find out that the 'point' did not really afford a grand view of the city or lake, but we were able to see some beautiful sunsets from our balcony. I also thought the hotel would be a bit closer to town, but we were fine with a car. Besides the location, everything was great!

I used this place as a getaway to Zagoria and Tzoumerka. I choose it becuse it's close to the main highway and I don't have to spend time going through the city witch would take time. It was perfect for this. The surprise was that it was a really good vibe hotel as it is. The vibe is great, music near the pool, great for sitting down and drinking coffee. The room is basically a little home apartment with everything you need.

Great hotel, great staff and a wonderful swimming pool. Nested in a quiet area off the center, it is a place to relax and have fun. The restaurant is great.

The location is very far from city center so you must have a car. The maintenance of the rooms need some push. Our room (upper floor) was very hot and could not stay in it without aircon.

The appartment was really nice, I loved the attention to small details that was present everywhere (room, garden, pool, restaurant). Also all personnel was very warm and helpful. For us it was only a 1 day stop, but we will have it on our list for future travels. Ioannina is a special place, that needs to be explored, for sure!

The rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom is also very large and nicely equipped

Тhe breakfast was modest. Тhe pastry ran out and they didn't replenish it. 3 Euros for 0.5 liters of water soda is too expensive for this range of hotel. I protested about such a high price and wanted to return it, but the employee did not accept it. She tells me that she has already made a bill.

The staff was great, very helpful and nice, always ready to help

The lack of ameneties in the room. The lack of warm blankets, lack of cofee or tea or how to boil water in the room, lack of plates, forks spoons.

Cleanness, staff very friendly, pool restaurat and breakfast room.

The buildings need to be refurbished on the outside because a lot of areas have damaged finishing plaster. Also a negative point would be that the water in the pool was a bit too chill.

Great and quite place. Beautiful mountain view. Also a nice swimming pool. Fabulous breaksfast. Great and very kind staff. Big Hug to Irene, the owner a special person, smiling and serving every time. Surprise us with a delicious fruit jam for gift🤗.

The apartments are comfortable,clean and spacious.the staff is very polite.the hotel is a little far from the city center ,but in a quite neighborhood

The price of the extra coffee we ordered in the breakfast area.even guests at the hotel an espresso coffee was more expensive than in a coffee shop.
