JUFA Hotel Königswinter/Bonn

Lovely area with woodland walks and fantastic views. Most staff were really nice and helpful. Brilliant breakfast choices, also many vegan options and even homemade jams...yummmmm!! Thick, luxurious snow-white towels. Pure cotton white bedsheets. The heating worked well in the room and was adjustable. We were able to borrow a mini fridge. Great view from our bedroom. Spacious room. Comfortable mattresses.

At the time of going into our room, there were no pillow cases on the pillows. We were later given extra pillows though 😊 some of the pillow cases were threadbare and they easily slip off while in use. I didn't like the large bright lights left on in the hallway at all times. I found the lights in the dining area also too bright...(tired eyes) No one told us at check-in, that the dog is not allowed in the dining room, or that you have to lock the room with a key, it doesn't lock itself just by closing the door from the outside. However, we could take the breakfast upstairs on a tray and sit there to eat with the dog, so that was ok. Echoing hallways. Very heavy fire-doors.

Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very friendly (also speaking a very good English!) staff, an excellent location and a spectacular view. The breakfast was very good, and the parking was very convenient.

The restaurant service was excellent, however, there were only pizza and Flammkuchen available, probably, because it was Sunday evening. The Flammkuchen were apparently defrosted (but still quite a nice snack).

- quite a small room for two adults and two kids - for two nights OK, longer stay would be complicated - toilet is a separated room opposite of the shower - waiters during breakfast shift looked and behaved a bit sleepy :-) - noisy afterparty after a wedding event (elsewhere) late at night (1am) in front of the hotel - but as there was nobody during the night, I had to solve it by myself

Small but nice room. Good beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. Friendly and very correct staff. Breakfast was complete. I read some comments about the variety but what else do you need for breakfast? Maybe some small pancakes ? Price/quality is good. Also the drinks and food in the hotel are against normal prices. (stayed in room 113). Area is nice.

One small extra light at the entrance of the room would be nice so you can see well when using the mirror. A watercooker would be nice and the possibility to connect phone, tablet to the smart tv wirelessly. Besides that, when temperature was rising the room became less comfortable. This can be improved by a small ventilator. There is only one thing that is really bad and that's the "juice-machine". Tastes more like water than juice. This can be done better.

The location is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming. There're spacious family rooms for a fair price. They are clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is perfect. There's a playing room for children in the main building. I highly recommend this place.

Location is peaceful and superior rooms have view over the Rhein.Wonderful place to relax,walk or cycle.Breakfast and Dinner was adequate and not expensive. Clean hotel and nice staffs.Also dogs friendly,nice area to walk your dog.Free parking too.

Actually nothing to dislike. You should know that the hotel is far away to the Rhein or Altstadt to walk for those who finds that 3 km walking is too much.You need a car or the taxi.

Gorgeous location, especially if you have a dog. Lovely staff who went above and beyond! Clean and comfy with a great breakfast.

Simple yet comfortable room, great water pressure. Very fair price. I especially enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet, including some warm meal options!

The common areas of the housing are somewhat worn.
