The room cleanliness was exceptional. Bed, shower, WIFI Access, Shower were all brilliant. The service at the counter was flawless and very friendly. Oh, we liked the breakfast service very well also. I am American, and everything was above my expectations. Way to go, keep up with the good job guys, and thanks a million.

it was at the ground floor and you couldn’t open the window, because there were some creepy people running around and it was kinda loud as well. there were some hairs in the bathroom as well…

Room was really small, the same bathroom. Bed made noise. Air conditioning didnt work properly and there was a cold inside.

there’s no trash bin in the room, no slippers, carton cups. elevator sounded like it’s gonna break any minute . breakfast is very poor
