Everything was good. Location less than 15min walking from the train station and the old town Personal very kind and helpful Breakfast with a lot of variety, coming with a info of the day in a paper, different breads, cereals, tea, etc; also eggs, bacon and sometimes sausages The restaurant for dinner was good. Medium-high prices Room very spacious and with lots of storage. My room also included a sofa, a desk and a balcony You can use the pool and the sauna with previous notice to the staff

The bed was a bit hard for me, and pillows very thin (but different tastes for everyone). You can also hear the wood structure when you move, not too annoying.

I am travelling alone and have single bed available. It was the best hotel that I have stayed for my trip. Hotel is new and clean, room is warm and comfortable. Requested for mountain view and that is the best. Additionally, do remember to go to their sauna! Most important is the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Remember to get your Fussen Card from the hotel if you travel by public transport

Need to bring my large bag to up a hill. As there will be no bus available on that area. but also it does give you serene and rest as there arent many cars around

The location was peaceful yet a 10 minute walk along the river to the old town. This was a very pleasant walk in the morning and in the evening. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. A lovely stay.

Nothing, a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar area were closed when we visited (off season). Near the bar is a fire and seating area which online looked very pleasant.

Beautiful, quiet location. Nice room with balcony and forest view. Good breakfast and excellent dinner menu. 4 miles from the world famous Neuschwanstein and Hohen Schwangau castles. Close to several lakes. Many spectacular hiking trails in stunning mountain scenery. An outdoors paradise.

Nice sized room with okay facilities quite close to town centre.

Comparatively to other German hotels it was quite expensive and the room was quite tired with no air con.

The check-in was very nice, the room was quite big and had a balcony with mountain view. I received information about the touristic options. The location is quiet, not far for the city center

Everything was as described.

The hot part of the breakfast selection was the same scrambled eggs and soggy bacon every day. The eggs were fine but the bacon was just wet and not enjoyable.

A great hotel in a wonderful location with the mountains visible from some windows. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
