Frühlings-Hotel

Quite good and cozy hotel with it's old times charm, broad staircase and red carpet :) Central location is as usual a bonus and a problem, cause Braunschweig at least around this area is extremely lively and party-loving city. I wasn't ready for it to be so noisy during the night. On Friday and Saturday we had to sleep with all windows closed including bathroom. Earplugs were kindly provided, which I only noticed before leaving. Still if "silent centre" exists - it's not the case. The rest was good. Our room on the 4th floor might be bigger though. We slept one step away from the entrance and the ceiling was half high because it's attic level. Sunny side: two windows with a roof and sky view, my favourite. Big bathroom, really nice shower and sink, cosmetics, fan, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, coffee, tea etc. Plus a safe and some funny thing for ironing pants :) Good beds, matrace and pillows. Finally the breakfast. Light hall and a few other beautiful options for having your meal. Wide selection of everything including smoked salmon on Sunday, yum. Friendly personell and good vibes in general. PS. They have inner yard view rooms so better try the silent one.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated, clean and had a good breakfast. Also nice to have had a special place where you could read a book/newspaper. The hotel is near to the city center, and parking space with special discount for hotel guests was nearby. Every interesting site-seeing could be done walking.

The room was very warm, despite the floor-standing airco unit. Our room was situated at the inside of the hotel with a narrow courtyard on the groundfloor. Sounds from the kitchen came to our window quite loud. Staff came out to smoke in the yard, and as we are non-smokers we did not like the smell. But further the room was clean and fine and quiet.

First of all the staff were quite friendly and helpful which made my stay already comfortable enough. The room was big enough to one person to stay. It is in the city center but no noise during the night so that I had no problem of sleeping. The public parking is just across the road and you can pay also together with the room if you submit the parking ticket to the front desk. The breakfast was OK for a nice breakfast, not fancy and you cannot expect a tons of selections like a big hotel but enough from egg to yogurt and all prepared well and comfortably which I could feel nice attitude of the hotel toward guests.

Great location, close to everything. Big room and big, comfortable bed. Very clean. Refrigerator in the room. Our room was very quiet. In the room you could find ear plugs, very nice Rituals products (shower gel, hand soap and body loction), bathrobe and slippers etc. Good breakfast. Parking garage just across the street for 7 euros 24h (paid at reception). Nice and friendly staff. Long hours for breakfast.

No AC in the room, but a fan. It was not a problem since it was not so hot in our room. Othwewise nothing to complain about!

We love this hotel and always stay there when we come to Braunschweig. Very clear, helpful staff. Breakfast is great. Hotel doesn't have its own parking but there is a parking garage right across the street. Very convenient.

One the one hand the location is great as it is close to everything. But on the other hand, it is close to party area and can get noisy in the evening or at night.

We are family of 6 so we have booked 2 rooms (as always). Hotel staff was very thoughtful and gave us adjusting rooms - made our stay perfect! Actually, rooms were cosier than in the pictures. They were also spacious (little kids had lots of space to run around), super clean, beds soo comfortable (best sleep ever). Hotel is also in perfect location - in the middle of the town. Car parking is just next to it. Staff friendly too. So in summary, perfect hotel

We stayed in a very spacious room with a separate area to put the baby cot. This was great as we could stay awake while the baby was sleeping. The room was well kept, the bed super comfortable and we loved little details like Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Other than that the breakfast was amazing, great variety of choice, good quality food and really friendly staff.

It was a little warm in the room and the fan wasn't working.

The hotel is located not far from the highway No.2 and easy to reach. Secured parking lot available just across the street. The restaurant at a hotel is open until midnight. Various restaurants are available also nearby. We had a comfy room with view of the central square. Clean and comfortable.

Not easy to get your large luggage to the hotel unless you're lucky and can park your car nearby the main entrance.

This is a good quality hotel in the centre of Braunschweig. A good quality breakfast is available with very friendly service. Easy access to trams and busses nearby, as well as a walk to the city centre. Wifi and desk all good for working. Bathroom is small but good.

I had a single room, which is rather small. Would have preferred a double bed and this is normally what you could be offered.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Centrum; we were able to park in garage across street for discounted rate of 7 euro/24 hours. The room was totally renovated, with new "wood" vinyl plank floors, king bed/mattress, but still had 16 foot ceilings (made me wonder what it looked like 20 years ago); elegant staircase going up, but there is also an elevator. Mini fridge had everything you wanted, but we were also able to take out beers on top shelf and put in a bottle of our wine. We brought our doxie along, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. I am glad we stayed here v. Best Western (which is in a bit of a "seedy area"). The breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs...can't say enough about the hotel.
