the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I checked in very late at night and when I used the toilet in the night, the flush button popped up and got lost in the drain. I reported it and it was replaced the following morning. Secondly, I kinda need firm pillow to sleep. The following day I also asked some firm pillows in the morning, and by afternoon I had 2 pillows waiting for me on the bed. Just what you would expect from a proper hotel.

the mattress was just too hard for me, but I guess it comes down to personal preferences.

Great location for Folsom Europe/Folsom Street Fair and all of the bars and fetish stores around Fuggerstrasse. Stayed at this property several times now.

Twin beds instead of a regular double is annoying, as are the tiny quilts. If rooms are not to be cleaned automatically over a stay of 3-4 days, then more basic necessities - clean towels, toilet roll etc, should be provided at the beginning of the stay. The lift is agonisingly slow. Don’t use it if you’re in a rush.

Room was clean and spacious for what we requested. Mattress was excellent, very good sleep breakfast was ok, but you could not order omelets or anything on the spot. Staff was courteous and friendly Well located and with subway close by For the intention proposed ( hotel stay during marathon weekend), it was good

Elevator was small and only one. You could hear EVERYTHING from the adjacent room... Noise insulation non existent... Shower box was too small, I barely fit and I'm not so big A little expensive for a 3 star hotel

Room was great value for money. Location is superb for the bars and nightlife of Shöneberg. Staff were very nice and attentive and the hotel is very clean. Corona virus rules are implemented in the hotel ( wearing of FFP2 masks and single group occupancy of elevators) which is reassuring for travellers.

Room lacked basic amenities like an iron and kettle. Pillows are very soft ( but some people like that) also like many mainland European hotels as an FYI a double bed is often two singles pushed together with two single duvets.

Ease of location, friendliness of staff, size of room and good bathroom

For a double bed I'd like a double bed size duvet not 2 single bed ones. A whiter light in the bathroom, it was very yellow which though cosy wasn't helpful for brushing teeth etc. And better selection of channels on tv that are english.. 24hr news is lovely but not what I want to see on holiday

Room is good and staff works well. A mini fridge could be very useful. It's very "tech" (automatic key from main door, room door). Price is high, but location is unbeatable

Right in the middle of Schöneberg which was convenient for me but also excellent room which was upgraded for free. Very comfortable room, very helpful and friendly staff.

The mini fridge was slightly faulty.

The service is great. There is always anyone in reception and they are very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The place is pretty central.

Unfortunately, the room was very dark. The window is small, and the lightbulb was only in the corridor, so I had to turn 4 different lamps on.

Very good location, close to the rail station and bus stop. staff were polite and ready to help every time. Clean and beautiful room.

The room was very dark during the day, there was only small window. Also no fridge in the room and slippers, need to improve this point.
