centrovital Hotel Berlin

Lovely big room with very comfortable bed. The Spa facilities were amazing. They had some bikes to rent so we spent a day cycling along the river and exploring the local area which turned out to be very enjoyable. Breakfast was good. Staff generally very helpful.

the immediate area around the hotel is nothing special and it's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the train station to get to the centre of Berlin. Keycards were not the best.

the staff were so helpful. English is remarkable. Food is brilliant (croissants bread cereal sausages fruit fish cheese hams, the whole lot!) the hotel is so clean also and really lovely decor. I left my phone in a taxi and the hotel were able to track down the driver and arrange for it to be returned! I also asked for balloons and a card to be put in the room for boyfriends birthday and this was no bother. the bar is also fab and very cosy

just the location. you have to get a cab to the train station everyday to go anywhere but it’s quiet at night and very authentic so can’t complain about the location

One staff in sauna was so aggressive and unfriendly ( the short man for cleaning). I was on my own relaxing and he came to me asking why I was staying in the sauna only few minutes and changing sauna room. I answered I stay till I can ...what is the point? and what is the problem??

It was a really pleasant trip. The hotel is in a good, quiet and idyllic location. The rooms are comfortable and functional. The locking mechanism drove me insane and the mattresses just lay flat. So I had to realign them correctly about 3-4x during the night, because you always landed directly between the two mattresses. They were a little too soft for my taste, but absolutely fine. Breakfast was very ok and the other meals were more than adequate.

the beds need frames so the matresses don't move. Rethink the keycard system since trying to open a door for >10min sometimes is not an option!

My room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with a nice bathroom. The pool and wellness facilities are great. The breakfast was also very good. The location is good if you are looking to escape the bustle of the city, go for walks around the lake, and yet also not be too far from everything.

One person on the reception was not exactly welcoming. I interacted with him a few times and he was never pleasant. I never understand hotels who employ such people for such a job. Greeting guests is a basic. But the others at the reception were nice.

The breakfast was great, lots of variety and good quality, the gym and spa areas are big and cozy, the staff is super friendly and helpful(especially the maids) , the location is pretty far from the center but the area is ok,

The rooms are not that nice, there is no AC and it gets pretty hot, also the shower is not built well and a lot of water gets in the bathroom, the plugs near the bed dont work if the light in the hallway isnt turned on( can be fixed by removing the light bulbs) and make sure u have a longer cable because they are far from the bed

Excellent sporting facilities, we made full use of the gym, swimming pool & sauna. The staff were polite, efficient & helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We picked the hotel because we were attending a concert at the Zitadelle Spandau, so the location was good. for travelling into the centre of Berlin it is a 15 minute walk to the overground station and the 10 minutes into the centre. The trains are frequent.

We were happy with all aspects of the hotel.

Rooms were big and comfortable. One of the best hotel breakfast we have had. Used the spa facilites a lot. The staff was nice and we felt very secure leaving our luggage in the baggage storage. It was easy to get to the center of Berlin by bus and U/S bahn. Over all an amazing visit and well worth the price.

The hotell is not new and some things in the rooms had some wear but it did not affect the facilites and our over all experience

We chose this hotel because it had a pool, the pool lived up to our expectations, it is open from 7am-10pm. The children got to swim and were happy. The hotel is quite far from the center, about half an hour away by car. However, there are plenty of shops and small restaurants out on the road by the hotel. As well as public transport options. There were also parking options if you are traveling by car.

I liked everything, the breakfast, the room, the cleanliness, the location and especially the jacuzzi.

I didn't like the idea of ​​going naked to the sauna at all. I simply did not enter at all because it was forbidden to enter in a bathing suit, doesn't it seem normal to me.
