We stayed in a spacious family suite with 2 balconies having a fantastic view of the mountains around us. The hotel has a supermarket (Spar), a police station and a few restaurants just a 10 min walk away. Their buffet was nice and reasonable. We also had a Shattaf in the toilet which was nice. The staff was friendly and polite and greeted us with a smile. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the toilet. Also, the room had a few mosquitoes coming in through the doors at night, so we had to keep our doors shut after sunset.

I stayed at this hotel and let me tell you, the location was absolutely amazing! The view of the mountains was breathtaking! 😍 The staff provided top-notch customer service, which made my stay even better. And they have the best Georgian food I tried in Georgia and their food is halal, the menu have plenty of options to select from chicken, beef and vegetarian options like pizza, everything is cooked with fresh ingredients and amazing spices that makes each dish delicious. If you stayed at Gudauri Inn try this dishes from their menu: - Chikhirtma - Chicken Shkmeruli - Chicken Barbecue - Homemade Potatoes - Rice - Pizza Another big plus for this hotel is that they have a (Shataf ‘cleaning with water’) الفندق فيه شطاف

I did notice a few things that could be improved. The room was a bit dusty, the pillow was a little too hard for my liking and there was no air conditioning and the room was not warm at times as the heating was not heating very well. Also, the sound from outside could be heard in the room. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but it could definitely use an upgrade to become one of the top hotels in the area.

Been in Gudauri Inn already a few times and the result is always the same. Amazing service, hospitality and the comfort for the great price! The good thing is that they are renovating the area all the time and adding the usefully and comfortable features. So I see the new stuff every time I go there. Rooms: The view from the rooms are great, no matter what weather it is. Sometimes clouds are under the balcony level and you are swimming in the cloud ocean. In good weather you see the mountains and the open space. The room is comfortable and cozy. Everything is there you need to feel relaxed. (Note: Not all rooms are with balcony) Breakfast: Great choice of food, including Georgian pastry. No matter what kind of taste you have, you will be satisfied. And everything tasts great. Service: I think that the most valuable thing about this place is the staff. From the moment you enter the building they make sure you feel confident, relaxed and comfortable while staying in Gudauri inn. Very friendly, very helpful and professional people. Additional services: Great food in the restaurant, location is very good, billiard table, board games etc.

We liked location of property since we could see snow all around,staff was very helpful there was snow and it was slippery and staff helped her to carry all our bags from car to hotel room. Hotel was kept clean and dry all the time. Hotel is very tidy and clean with very comfortable rooms. They provided basic toiletries and complimentary tea/ coffee and water. Rooms were warm and cozy and we enjoyed snow from balcony with a good view. Breakfast was good but same menu was repeated during our two days stay. Food was yummy and they had certain time to order food.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great value for money, and the location was best. Our room was very big with two balconies. The scenery from the balconey was fantastic. The hotel provided a baby cot free of charge. Two chairs were there those were able to convert to beds. Morning breakfast has many varities. There is an open terrace in the restaurant to have coffee while enjoying the view.

Road to the hotel from the main road was a little bit sliipery due to snow.

Clean room decent facilities,friendly staff especially the girl in the restaurant she was an angel, forgive me for not remembering her name, very patient and genuinely nice:)

Overpriced in my opinion. Not the best location if you’re coming for ski. I came in the evening, wanted to eat at the restaurant but there was nothing to order, was told that the delivery was delayed due to the weather. Understand but was a bit disappointed as my first stay in here last year was a better experience to be honest.

Everything! Especially that we were able to stay in their Suite room, with two balconies to enjoy the snowfall was a dreamy experience. Excellent view as well at their restaurant while enjoying your meal.

Food are a little bit salty, and would have appreciate having fruits as option in the breakfast. But staff are really good and friendly.

The views from balcony of the snowy mountains is beautiful. The lovely receptionist upgraded our room to a room with a view and balcony which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast and especially dinner is delicious. Easy to hire ski equipment from inside the hotel. Very clean, polite staff and an excellent hands on manager. Delicious aperol spritz and nice bar area to relax after a day out.
