Friendly staff, newly decorated comfortable bar and lounge area, wonderfully comfortable beds spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Perfect location in town centre and near the sea!

The road outside was noisy, double glazed windows kept the noise out but the rooms were too hot to keep the windows closed. (a few mosquitos around too!) Air con units in rooms but not available to be used could have solved both problems, would have paid extra for air con for a good nights sleep!

The relaxed feel, the original decor, the friendliness of the staff, the closeness to the beach.

We ordered a taxi from the hotel and it didn't turn up, this then disrupted our journey home at great expense. I would advise the hotel to check on the day itself if they have booked a taxi for guests. Breakfast is good, but could do with better bread

Comfortable beds, great bar and lounge.

Very noisy from the road when windows open, necessary as very hot and air con not functioning! Would be happy to pay a little more to have air con. Shower curtain - prefer a screen as cleaner. Fruit at breakfast could be fresh and not from a tin- rest of breakfast great!

The breakfast was adequate to good but not generous. It was 13€ per person Having a lift was a real help.

There was a fair going on across the river which was noisy and kept me awake for some time., despite my room being at the back. The chief receptionist was charming but the other person was less engaging.

Location was good for walking to restaurants bars and shops

No Tea/coffee making facilities in room Air conditioning didn’t work Parking is tricky as it’s a busy town and it’s mostly on street parking. We eventually found a space about a 5 minute walk away.

I have stayed here before with friends but this was the first time for my wife. We stayed for i night on a return to Eurotunnel from a holiday in Brittany. The hotel is ideally located within the resort and easy to access the road to Eurotunnel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would use it again at either sthe start or end of a holidat.

Perhaps a room away from the road.

The cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfy. Also the soundproofing came in useful as there was a fair on the other side of the river, but once the window was closed I could hardly hear it.

I was a little disappointed with the size of the room, it seemed smaller than I expected, but still more than adequate.

Have been staying at Hotel St Jean for many years, last July ‘22 when staying there we thought the hotel had deteriorated due to several things that were lacking BUT am so pleased to say that the hotel now seems to have regained its status.

Location was great. Bedroom was confortable, bathroom clean and modern. A party and street market was taking place in front of the hotel and we couldn't hear anything from inside the bedroom with the windows closed (super well isolated)

The air conditioning wasn't working (luckly it was a fresh day so we could have opened the windows)

Super location with lovely views. We managed to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is free but I believe you can park at the rear of the hotel for a charge. Room was adequate for our stay would definitely return. Breakfast what you would expect to see in France but plenty to choose from. Wimereux is a lovely little seaside place with nice beachfront restaurants and bars.
