helpful receptionist. wonderful view from room. everything very clean. good location. parking on site.

difficult access as fronts directly onto road which was jammed with traffic when we arrived. nowhere to park while going in to hotel to find out about parking. As with many French hotels there was no kettle and no fridge.

They had a lift which we weren’t expecting. Matilda on reception was excellent. The room was very modern and the price exceptional. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Like most of the properties we have stayed in in France, the shower floors are very slippery!

Great hotel , very friendly and helpful staff . Great Location with shops and restaurants within walking distance The bedroom was very comfortable with a great view of the river The added bonus that we had secure parking

Very pretty hotel in a very pretty town. Room smelled great and the airco was nice. i would recommend going here!

The only think I did not like was the parking facilities. the hotel has a garage but it was full so we had to park outside. there were multiple glass bottles on the ground which made me somewhat uncomfortable leaving the car outside.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well and hosts were very friendly. Location was also very central, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Thanks a lot, great stay.

Some coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice, but not essential (eg kettle/mugs/teabags/milk). Otherwise cant fault the stay or room

The view on the Rhone river is beautiful, breakfast was plentiful (although we like also bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast), and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

As mentioned above, we like also bacon and eggs for breakfast, otherwise everything functioned quite well

It was better than expected . I was suspicious that the fairly low price would mean problems but it was great . Sense of space and light. Superb secure bike accommodation . Perfect stop for Via Rhona . Staff cheerful and helpful . Easy and relaxing . We liked it .

Not much . The shower over the bath lacks a bit of lustre but not an issue. There are plastic gloves provided to get your breakfast which is a bit quirky. Everyone ignored them .

Great location and large room. It is bicycle friendly, the staff are really nice and breakfast was great. Secure storage for bicycles.

Excellent situation with a room overlooking the Rhone within easy reach of restaurants for an evening meal. Good storage for our bikes It was a most relaxing stay with a first class breakfast . Thank you

It would have been good to be able to unload our luggage and bikes earlier even if we had no access to our room

The location was very good. The staff were very helpful. The addition of air-conditioning since our last visit was very helpful. We would definately sta there again given the opportunity.
