Large, comfortable room. Great balcony overlooking the lake as asked for. Very warm, friendly welcome, everything clean and tastefully decorated. Nice shower & useful separate toilet. No charge for carpark & great advice about where to go in Dax from reception.

Coffee making kettle attached to a tray, but no socket in reach, so had to carry whole thing to plug in near the floor by the bedside. Carpark next to hotel but quite a distance over uneven pavement if you are bringing large cases.

We stayed just over night so we haven’t use any spa etc. what i liked most is the restaurant and service in it. so nice)) rooms are bit old and for older categories of people i guess it’s budget and nice. Everything was clean. Parking is safe and locked so no one from outside can visit it (but i guess in this region you could lived your car at the street and unlocked coz it’s still safe) Casino also was fun

Loved the area, the lake, the shops, the choice of eateries. Hotel far exceeded our expectations and will stay again.

Nothing really, we did request a ground floor but did not get it sadly, we were upgraded to a suite (free) which was amazing but we were travelling with a very large dog that won’t walk on polished floors, so I ended up staying the night in the car with him….Not the hotels fault of course…but if we had had a ground floor room we could of brought him in via the terrace. Note though…the rooms had super non slip floors and corridors were carpeted. My husband and our other dog had a fabulous time! 😂

The hotel staff is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and has all the comforts. The surroundings are lovely and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of parking available nearby as well. The sourceo centre is adjacent to the hotel, it sounded lovely but for one night stay not worth to pay for it.

Air conditioning not cool enough on very hot days.

Firstly our arrival was excellent, well staffed reception and our receptionist responded in English with an English accent, very impressive, she was excellent. Good underground parking, room with balcony and excellent aircon. Location was very good, opposite a leisure lake and park. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The Hotel is dog friendly and ours was very settled.

Sliding door to outside would not lock so we had to jam it closed, not ideal as on the ground floor. Room very warm despite turning heating off. Breakfast is poor and too expensive for what it is.

Very calm confort and with super friendly staff! Breakfast was very good! Its a fabulous hotel to recharge bateries

Network phone coverage is not very strong.. speacially inside the rooms. Could have moisturoiser cream in the room..

The room was a nice small room with balcony overlooking the Spa and a lake. We loved the views. It was warm and the sleep after 2-hour thermal spa procedures was great.

The hotel is an old one with little or no refreshment . We were staying overnight so that was not of importance.

The breakfast was very good ,and nice restaurant

In the breakfast room, people should notbe allowed to sit and eat breakfast in night clothes and dressing gown. This is very rude men sitting in dressing with legs open so you can see there under wear.

Comfortable room, breakfast was enjoyable.

Mosquitoes. We were badly bitten while sitting on the balcony.
