Best Western Hotel Atlantys Zenith Nantes

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful when asked questions. The room was basically what you want in a hotel room, bed, tv, bathroom, kettle and air conditioning, a bit small but fairly comfortable. Despite being near a very major road, the rooms were quiet, the most you heard were people closing their car doors and only if your room overlooked the car park.

The location wasn’t amazing, and we definitely needed to drive to anywhere we needed to go, but the bus stops are also not that far away. A few times after a room was cleaned things would not be cleaned very well, or would not be replaced, I.e. bin was changed and something sticky left on the floor and not cleaned up, shower gel/shampoo/ conditioner bottles knocked over and broken, and no new bath mat, or towel or water but this was fairly minor and apart from the bottles being knocked over all fixed on the next cleaning.

We had to unexpectedly get a place as our initial flight was cancelled and we then had to reroute through Nantes. We travel, well, quite a bit, and very rarely have we found such a lovely set of staff. The room was clean, and the location was near a shopping centre with a Leclerc (which I think is the best French supermarket but I know that's up for debate). Also the room service was pretty good, the cheese portion being ideal for a brief jaunt to France, meaning we stuffed our faces full of cheese. Anyway, if you are going to Nantes, Alexandra and the other gentleman whose name we didn't catch will take really good care of you.

Tbh the only issue was getting a cab so early in the morning (our flight left at stupid o'clock) but the hotel staff were lovely and booked it for us.

Lots of choice for breakfast but there seemed to be no muesli. We later spotted half a jar on a shelf above the main counter. The location was convenient for getting up to Rennes. The room and bathroom were very smart. Easy to get luggage from car to room as car park is immediately outside reception and lifts worked well.

We needed a hotel for the night when going to a concert at the Zenith, Nantes. This hotel was perfect - 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh.

A mini-fridge, or more tea or water in the room - but these are only tiny moans.

The room was comfortable, and clean with modern facilities, The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful and attempted to speak English when possible.

The room was not spacious. The door to the bathroom was in a locked position so it could not be closed for privacy.

So close to zeneth

Hotel was very clean & staff very friendly. The only negative thing we would say is the privacy when going to the toilet, the sliding toilet door does not close properly. Tram was hard to navigate , no English

Room was very clean and we had loads of space. We booked a family room for three of us and were given interconnecting rooms. It was great.

Nothing to be honest. It was an overnight stop on the journey and filled all the requirements.

Good room decor and stylish

Wish the window hadn’t been left open and curtain left to one side - had to swipe a number of flies out of the room who had chosen the room as a location of respite from the sunshine!

Price and quality of room

Hotel very reasonably priced for quality of accommodation. Easy to find by car and within minutes walking Atlantis Shopping Centre. A €16/17 Uber ride from city centre but hotel less than half price of similar hotel in city centre. Very reasonably priced continental breakfast at €10. I'd definitely recommend as a stop over hotel if in the Nantes area

it’s well placed on a big shopping Center (LECLERC, IKEA, APPLE and lovely boutiques) good rooms well organised good bedding

the breakfast ! The products offered are the same as in hospitals, tasteless, progressed food. only the tea selection and the bread was edible for me
