Well, I liked everything. Clean, white towels, white lingerie It's been a long time since last time I've had a two stars hotel and almost forgot how it is without electric kettle, fridge, air-conditioning, and bath, not mention about useless land line phone.
There's nothing to mention. For this location, it deserves few more amenities for one more star.

Ideally located to visit Nantes, within walking distance of many city centre attractions and plenty of public transport on the doorstep. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are basic but the room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast plentiful.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The window/balcony is gorgeous and the staff was super nice and welcoming. The location is also great, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, it's a few minutes from the "centre-ville", and there are some great bars and restaurants nearby.
I wish the bathroom offered more toiletries.

Excellent location in the city center, just across from tram stops. The staff was very helpful, and since arrived on a bike, I liked the early check-in time. Safe bike lockup in a nearby garage.

It was perfect for our small dog as there was access to a small area it could use during the night without us having to get dressed and take it outside.
The sink in the bathroom wouldn't empty. Our taxi driver took us to the hotel "le Petit Duquesne" which is about 150 metres away and directions on the door there on how to get to the reception of the main hotel weren't very clear.

The friendliness of the reception staff and their helpfulness in letting us check out at 11am and leave our car in the car park opposite until 3pm. The room was very quiet, the beds comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It’s location was excellent and the room having a view onto an internal courtyard made the room feel private.

Location is 20min walk from train station. 3 person room is good enough for sleep. Shower gets hot fast and great pressure.
No AC with 3 people is a little hot in the room.
