Residhotel Mulhouse Centre

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with the city center just a stone's throw away, providing access to a great selection of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the train station is conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was the noise from the street outside. Cars unnecessarily speed up through the narrow old town street. However, this is not particularly the hotel's fault.

Location of the hotel was the best thing about the hotel. It's only few minutes away from the central train station, and only 3 minutes away from the city center. Room was spacious and clean at the beginning, staff was very friendly and ready to help. Supermarket is next to the hotel.

You only get clean towels upon arrival and that's it. If you ask a cleaning lady for clean ones she will decline. Room wasn't cleaned for the whole time we stayed there, and we were questioning what if someone stays for 10 days? Does someone clean it or not? Also, I would like to mention that in bathroom ventilation wasn't working so it was kinda moldy.

location is near to mulhouse train station. ( 10 or 15 mins as walking) espacially sheets and wc are clean. heaters are enough to warm up the room. there is carrefour and good patisseria near to the hotel ( 5 mins as walking) employees are so polite and helpful if you have a problem and a question ( thank you Asma )

we stayed at the ground level and there is a bad smell come from the sink. ı solved the problem putting a napkin onto the hole.

Hotel was quite enough about several things. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were enoughly comfortable. There was a coffee machine and snacks in the room wich was nice. Lots of kitchen stuff was in the room you can use them to cook. Toilet and bathroom was clean and hot water was good. Stuff was helpful about what we need. Breakfast was enough and coffee was good. I would deffinetly recommend there, would love to stay again also.

There was no slippers in the room wich is not okay for 3 stars hotel. And there was no hair drier in the room but stuff gave us when we need.

Convenient location close to town and not too far from central station. Kitchenette and fridge a good feature. Bathroom fine. Big room. Slow lift, but at least there's a lift. Was able to store my luggage all day before check in and after check out.

Air con is controlled by reception - difficult to know what temperature to ask for when you've not yet been in the room! Had to move curtain to hold window open for fresh air.

Well located, within walking distance from the train station (and not far from the tramway stop for those who don't want to walk to the station), less than a minute walking to get to the heart of the old town. Nice, helpful staff; room with just the basic equipment required for a short stay, comfortable beds, practical bathroom. Good value for money.

It’s really close to the city center. Also, a few meters from Residhotel is a supermarket with plenty of products, which is really helpful if you carry too heavy bags. Also, shout out to the receptionists for speaking English (everyone knows it’s hard to find French person that speaks English), especially for the girl that was working when we were leaving. Everybody was so nice and kind.

The location was excellent, near the protestant church, just ten minutes away from the train station. The facilities were great. The room was more an apartment than a hotel room.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room when I got in. There could have been better lights in the room.

Location is perfect. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Almost everyone speak english. Also they reacted on our questions very quickly and kind, thanks! Good heating in the room.

Bath and glass wall on the bath were not fully clean. Supply air valve on window was not able to be closed, it is possible just to close curtain on the window.

The staff is really nice and helpful! The location is also beautiful and right in the centre of the city.

A bit of a inconvenience was just a little dripping from the kitchen sink but nothing too much that couldn't be handled.
