Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc

I like every thing the location , the room , the breakfast, the view , and the staff was helpful and friendly Its really worth it

The center of megeve was close in may so we didnt enjoy in the town but i like the hotel very much

Great hotel, super new and super clean with lots of facilities. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The diner at the hotel restaurant was quite sad... The food was as tasteless as what we used to have in university canteen, except that it came at a 4-star hotel price. Everything is great about this place, really, EXCEPT the food quality at night in the restaurant

A real gem in Megève! The new Novotel is absolutely gorgeous! Right at the heart of the village, location could not be more perfect. The rooms are far better than photos show. Especially the suites which are well designed and project a great cozy feel. The staff was amazing, everyone is trying their best to accommodate the clientele. As one can imagine, the latter is not the best out there, usually unreasonably demanding. That being said, I witnessed the staff handling guests perfectly well. The bar area was my favorite. The big TV and live games was the highlight. The menu of the restaurant could slightly improve, but still offers a great variety and does the trick. Other than that, there is really nothing that comes short of fantastic!

The location was perfect. Hotel is new and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

It's stated that the hotel has indoor pool and they have pictures with the pool (we searched specifically for the hotels with the pools), but they don't. There's a public pool in different building (close to hotel). And the public pool prohibits swimming with swimming shorts, so you'll need to buy swim trunks. And the pool is working only up to 7pm (hotel checkin time is 5pm). Haven't found those details on the hotel description, so it was a very disappointing.

the hotel is very new and fresh, good location, friendly staff, restaurant on the spot and very helpful resto manager.

We got an upgrade for the room, but that type of the room was not convenient for our family. I booked a room with a balcony but did not get it. Even though a baby bed was booked and confirmed well in advance there was no baby bed the first night. Room ventilation was a real issue. It was extremely hot in the mezzanine and quite cold downstairs. The hotel was very crowded and breakfast room was very full. Room cleaning needs to be a bit more thorough. Bathroom is extremely small.

Yes, all in all it was OK the Hotel, the one thing we would have loved to, was if the swimming pool would have stayed open until a little later than 7:30pm, after all, it was (technically) still summer, actually, this was the reason we've chosen the hotel, to spend the rest of the day in the pool, have dinner and get rest with our daughters, to continue our trip back home the next day.

Nice hotel, neat and cozy. Amazing view from the balcony. Friendly personnel, ready to help. Tasty breakfast. Convenient location, good underground parking. Good value for money. Most important, the place has its soul and invites you to come back.

The only comment is that the spa is not in the building of the hotel but in a neighboring sports center, it is close but not quite convenient, especially in the winter season when you want to relax after the slopes.
