Hotel Le Quetzal

Spacious, modern, clean room. Nice staff at check-out! Great location, 5-15 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

The pool is nice but can get very crowded. The hotel doesn‘t allow you to take towels from the room to the pool and if you don‘t have one, you have to buy one for 12(?)€. When you check in you have to leave a deposit for the room and breakfast even if you have already decided that you definitely won‘t have breakfast. At our check-in, the staff couldn‘t find our booking right away and demanded to see ID in a slightly unfriendly way even though that‘s usually not required.

The property is well cared for and the staff are very accommodating. we were so happy with this little spot and will return because it’s quite handy, beds comfortable and perhaps the most delightful - quiet. it’s not a four star hotel, but it’s as comfortable as being at home.

The elevator isn’t great and you might need to walk up to your room - it fits one, maybe two people and it broke while we were there. but hey, you are probably gonna be eating a lot of pastries, so that’s good for you. if you can get one person in there to bring up your luggage, that’s a pro tip.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spanking new, the historical building design from Balladur, the incredible pool, the oasis sensation being surrounded by pine trees, the room, and its size. The modern bathroom with a tub, the separate toilets, the large balcony with a table and chairs, the friendly service, the barman Raul, the parking on the spot, the hotel design and re-styling, just a brilliant place, and probably all in all the best hotel in LGM.

Lack of minibar in the room. Miss Water fountain ( or free water bottle in the room upon arrival could be good) . Healthier snacking at the bar ( fruit? )

Location was very good, near the front promenade (5 mins) but not on It....so quieter. Staff was very kind, always ready to help. Special mention to Raúl, very attentive. All spotlessly clean. Very nice fragance in the room. It all looked new. Carpeted floors. Cheerful decoration. Practical separate toilette from bathroom. Several pillows. Nice terrace overlooking the park. Nice swimming pool. Quiet room facing the park.

There is a night light by the door that turns on if you move in the room, and that woke me and my husband in turn, whenever one went to the toilette. A smaller, more hidden light would be better.

Very pleasant hotel. Clean, well located with friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. Enjoyable experience.

Breakfast could be better, was not worthy to 13 eur as you can eat cheaper in bakery few steps away.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Very clean bright and modern room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Good various options from breakfast buffet. Excellent location right near by the beach.

There's no kettle in the room.

In all my years of travelling I have never seen such a clean room. Staff were genuinely friendly and very efficient
