room is nice, already cool upon arrival, possibility to eat just a small diner downstairs is very good, very nice personnel, quite room, nice and very friendly personnel, clean rooms

I would have liked the swimming pool be open a little bit early than 8h30 for travellers like me and also in the evening until 21h30 maybe? breakfast was not super, the scrumbled eggs were not nice, teh pancakes were not nice, the fruit salad was not nice. maybe just good present only products thatdo not need much work would be good. and special scrumbled eggs need to be good and tasty in the morning.

The hotel provided the essentials we needed. Security: all access, including car, is via a reception controlled, electrically operated gate. The hotel and room were very well maintained and kept very clean - even more essential in these covid times. Towels were changed daily. The double bed was king-size and comfortable. The bathroom had a small but most welcome bath. The room had facilities such as air conditioning, tv, kettle, wi-fi. Car parking was convenient and secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location for us was excellent, being close to where we needed to visit. It was also within walking distance ~300m of Grand Frais and a boulangerie.

The employees are great, the breakfast is delicious and the room is super cozy. I truly recommend this place!

handling of door for car. you need to call a French number to get in which is a hassle for those who don’t have local phone and incurred additional roaming cost

Nice staff, comfortable mattress. OK location, not much around, but just a short 15-min drive to Toulon.

Price too high compared to other similar hotels. Small room, outdated furniture, mirror placed inside the wardrobe where there is no light, no mini-fridge in the room. The property is gated, to be able to enter both the hotel and the parking lot you have to make a phonecall so that the reception staff can open the gate for you, which is quite inconvinient, especially for the hotel entrance.

The restaurant was closed. To open the gate to enter the parking you always had to call the reception desk.

- beautiful pool on the photo, apparently out of order for a long time seeing the fouling, although the sign says ‘closed for daily maintenance’. Nothing mentioned about that during booking - no drinks outside dinner hours - very noisy (slamming) doors from other rooms - very poor breakfast, very little fresh food - property needs a thorough refurbishment

. In a very industrial/commercial area with few facilities such as restaurants. A very poor system for controlling access. We waited a long time for the gate to be opened. You have to make a phone call, which was not responded to, only one person on duty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
