La Réserve de Beaulieu

From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered made us feel really good, like we belonged at their beautiful hotel and we were part of their family. It is a truly wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and immaculate with a large bathroom that was spotless. The views from our room were spectacular. Breakfast on the veranda was superb with an amazing view. We loved the heated pool, the spa (amazing), and the bar with live piano music every night. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the staff. We felt everyone we encountered at the breakfast, lunch and dinner areas, on the veranda, at the pool and in both their main Michelin-star restaurant and Bistro were very professional and excellent, friendly, and fun, and we specifically remember Isabelle at the Front desk, Pierre at Concierge, Jennifer in the Spa, and Michael at the pool for their graciousness and efficiency. We did not want to leave and plan to return hopefully once per year!

It is a very charming property, we had a fantastic sunrise view from our room, breakfast was just excellent. We enjoyed relax at the swimming pool area a lot.

Breakfast was both delumptious and splendiferous.

The pillows. The hotel was an oasis for us. Coming from Switzerland, the heat, crowds, and jam-packed development with almost no green area was not very enjoyable. We were happy to get back to our home here overlooking the mountains and the beauty of Lake Lucerne.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff were very kind and happy. I believe our room was given an upgrade with out us asking. What a great surprise and we loved every inch of the room.

Well, I am just old enough to shy at any hotel room over $1000. But that being said, we have paid $1000 on other rooms in other hotels and they were not at your service, care, or elegance level.

Another great stay at La Reserve. Location is amazing with great views from the pool and restaurant. The staff are incredible - they make you feel at home and seem to know every guest and their preferences, this is what makes the place special. Food is excellent. Rooms are large and glamorous. Really is perfection.

it is magnificent. The location is superb and the hotel is beautiful inside and outside. it’s elegant and luxurious but completely up to date. The staff is also incredible—friendly and very helpful.

There’s nothing to not like. it’s in a class of its own.

A truly amazing experience. The staff are exceptional and create an incredibly personal experience. The hotel really felt like home and was unlike anywhere we had stayed before. The views from the pool and restaurant are amazing and the food is excellent.

Loved the restaurant by the pool for lunch. Thought their menu was better than the bistro’s and gourmet restaurant.

Impossible to think of something we didn’t like.
