Excellent lokation just opposite main train station. City center can be reached by a 10 min walk or by one of the frequent buses stopping just outside the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was newly renovated and comfortable.

Bathrooms were newly renovated but perhaps not with top quality ware, e.g. most water from the shower handle sprayed out from the wrong end in both our rooms. Some rooms are rather small and som do not have windows that can be opened (on the other hand the AC was highly efficient).

Outstanding standard of housekeeping. Very friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Easy check-in/out process. Although breakfast was not huge selection, it was all very good quality. Excellent location, with 1st class transport links on hotel doorstep. Week long stay here surpassed my expectations by a considerable distance.

225kg limit elevator was restrictive transport to/from top floor. Perhaps breakfast could be a bit more imaginative. Adding eggs would be appreciated.

We were a group of students and we rented a car together for a trip during Christmas. With a limited budget, we were very happy to choose this hotel. The furnishings and space and decoration in the hotel room were very satisfying. The bath water temperature was very comfortable. Also it was close to the attractions, which was perfect for us travelers who rented a car for the trip but walked around town for sightseeing. The staff was also very welcoming. It was a very enjoyable stay. I personally am very picky about beds and the room made me very happy with the beds. Little tips：The hotel is in the middle of the square coming out of the train station and is very easy to find. There is no need to park in the parking lot, many open spaces nearby are cheaper.

The room quilt is a little thin for the season, and a little thicker would be nice.In addition, according to Chinese habits, we would like to have a kettle in the room, and we would be very happy if it is provided!

perfect location for the train station and the flixbus bus stop was only 5 minutes walk away down the river bank. the town centre ws on a short walk across the river with plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurant's to choose from. room was really clean with plenty of clean towels every day. bed was comfortable too.

there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the orange juice glasses at breakfast were really small.

Very spacious and convenient to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. It was walking distance to several local restaurants. And with the recent hot weather it was nice to get into a room that actually had air conditioning.

I think I was expecting a little bit more out of the breakfast buffet that cost a little over €10 but it's totally possible that I arrived early and everything wasn't set up. What was there was very good.

Brilliant location, especially if you're arriving by train... it's just over the road from the SNCF station. Also only a 10 minute walk from the old town across the Adour river. Lovely staff, really friendly. Classic French vintage hotel exterior, but nice modern rooms within. Good breakfast buffet as well.

Parking is a bit of a hassle. I used the station multi-storey (about 3 minutes' walk), but it's nigh on €12 for an overnight stay. There really is no other option within luggage-carrying distance.

The location was ideal for us as it is so close to the train station and only a short walk to restaurants in the charming historic part of the city beside one of the two rivers. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a pleasant dining room with a good buffet breakfast on offer. The room was fine for our needs and quiet.

Hotel is directly across from the Bayonne train station making it very easy to find and access. Staff could not be more helpful; they were very friendly and polite even offering to make us a coffee upon our late evening arrival. Room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the square and church below us.

Good value for the money, it is a relatively cheap hotel so for the money it has everything you need, staff is friendly, hotel is very quiet

There was no slippers for the bathroom, sometimes a bit weird smell from the toilet /bathroom like mould but it goes away very fast when you open the window so no big deal

Clean and practical. Opposite the train station and a short walk over the bridge into the town centre. I could leave my backpack after check out.

The lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. It wasn’t a problem for me as I was about to start the Camino and it was therefore good practice but others may have struggled.
