Best Western Plus Clos Syrah

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Could not have wished for more choices at the breakfast buffet,very much enjoyed it as well as the pool.Clean pool, not too crowded and in a wonderfull green setting. Slept very well the entire week (no noise, good airco...). All staff is very friendly, we truly recommend this hotel! You can easily spent 2 weeks at this location to enjoy a family vacation if you have/ rent a car. Enough things to do for all ages (we did with 2 kids) within the region.

It was a convenient stop off entoure to St Raphael. We upgraded and had a very nice room with a terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The bed was really comfortable and slept very well. I would happily stay in Best Westerns just for the quality of the beds. Nice bar and restaurant area for inside and outside dining. There was a nice chill out bar. Breakfast options were standard but good. Great shower.

No real negatives I can think of.

The breakfast was lovely, the restaurant is very lovely! There is a pool which is cool. The staff are superb, food is excellent and it is a lovely stay.

The room I was in didn't have curtains... so with the lights on people could definitely see into the room. There is also no gym. Location is a short drive to Valence town but not very accessible without a car.

Perfectly located for a stop over. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet place even being so close to the highway. Private parking, which makes it very secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful and restaurant looked amazing. They also have a huge selection of good wines.

Everything was much more than we needed for just one night. We also missed unfortunately the dinner as we were not hungry. Hopefully next time. Only thing we missed maybe was a bit more light in the bedroom.

We had a nice room with terrace and direct access to the pool. Good parking and free EV charger.

Location is ok. Easy to access from motorway. Area is not especially close to city centre or restaurants.

Lovely comfortable rooms and amenities. Groot outdoor area with pool. Staff very welcoming. Bed was nice, coffee capsules provided in room. No problem to bring your pet. Just great!

Only thing to be aware of is that the shower area is open plan, it does not have a door to seperate it from the rest of the room. Toilet is seperate.

Very friendly and helpful staff except - this time - a rather unfriendly lady in-charge of the Breakfast Area. Copious breakfast buffet.

As said before: Rather tight space in the room; a small ramp from the reception to the first floor (2 steps only) would greatly help moving heavy suitcases.

From the front of the hotel you would never expect such a lovely garden, pool area and view. Eating outdoors in the garden was so relaxing after a long day of travels. The food and service were very good.

The bathtub/shower floor is very slippery

Rooms, staff, parking and location all exceeded our expectations, the hotel was amazing value for money! We came away feeling refreshed and ready for a day in the car.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, but only because everything else was perfect.
