It was a nice small hotel, the staff super nice and helpful

It hadn’t gotten air conditioning in the rooms or in the restaurant, it was super hot and no fresh air ventilation. We got our rooms in the 3rd floor, the last floor, and in summertime it was super hot. Not nice.

Very good location only a short walk from the town centre. Garage for our motorbike was a bonus. Friendly staff pointed us in the right direction when we needed it such as nearest bar or garage. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel if preferred. Breakfast could be eaten in the courtyard if you fancied being outside which was a nice touch

I was staying just for the one night as my wife was in Albertville Hospital with a head injury sustained in a skiing accident. I still had my ski boots on and no reception on my phone which I needed to be in contact with the hospital. The receptionist couldn't have been kinder arranging a phone charger for me and helping me get a taxi back to the hospital the next morning. She was exceptionally understanding when I was obviously having a very stressful time. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay again if in Albertville

Nothing - everything was excellent

The receptionist was exceptional. She talked me through a very late check in and set it up for me. She helped me find an out of hours taxi to get me from the hospital where I was stranded back to the hotel and offered to collect me herself if I was stuck the following night. I was amazed at how kind she was. The hotel was excellent value for money, nicely maintained and I had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend.

Easy check-in, friendly (English speaking) staff, decent breakfast. Great location close to the train station (and buses for Quiege for the trailhead for Tour du Beaufortain)

Bit old which is okay. "Shower" head was mounted at knee height with a tiny hose so I ended up sitting in the bathtub while trying to shower myself. Very warm.

Great location- 200 m from the train station and a short walk into town. The staff were great and very helpful. The restaurant was good - I had one meal there.

The room was very warm, but they did have a fan that helped. It was a very hot time no matter where you went.

The staff were really charming and welcoming. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is very near to the train station. It’s just a five minute walk. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was very small but it was a good size bath. The breakfast was plentiful and really good.

It’s very small. The rooms are quite tiny. There was only one pillow but they gave us one more. There is no kettle in the room.

Well trained staff who gave the Customer a warm and informative welcome.

While it didn’t spoil stay reception furniture needs replacing. I lift would be useful - I a 77 yo ex soldier with an artificial prosthesis

The receptionist was very helpful and is a credit to the hotel. Rooms basic but clean. Nice breakfast for a reasonable price

The extra payment hold took 10 working days to be released from hold by booking.com. Not sure how this took so long? I settled the bill with the hotel direct on departure

room , breakfast was busy so we were put in another room to eat no issues staff were friendly

nothing really the bag trolley only goes to the 2nd floor so had to carry bags to top floor might be difficult if you were older
