Sapphire Addis

Very spacious rooms, definitely good value for money. Check-in went very quick and the staff was very helpful during my stay. The hotel is centrally located in Bole area, close to many shops, businesses and restaurants. I did not use the spa and gym, but they looked great as well.

The WiFi was not fast, so did not use it a lot. Be aware that when you take anything from the mini bar, it takes a long time for the staff to process this during your check-out.

Clean hotel, caring staff, delicious cuisine, good bar/coffee shop for business meetings, security staff looks after you, airport pick up and sending off, rooms are specious and well equipped, one of the best places for Ethiopian coffee

As a business traveller I would have liked to have more entertaining events and facilities within the hotel specially being in Ethiopia the country has a lot to offer in terms of culture and music. There is a slight problem with the bathroom, the glass visor doesn't extend enough to stop the water from spilling over the floor. Hence, you end up with water paddle after shower.

The Sapphire team are friendly and professional . The hotel is very clean and the food service is amazing and very reasonable price . The location is within a block of all kinds of eatery, entertainment, and shopping. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I am very pleased on both occasions. This hotel is better than most 5 star hotels in North America. Keep up the good work. Belen was amazing.

Staff Cleanliness

We wanted to stay longer and bring family from abroad. The rate for 2 rooms for 3 adults and one child of 12 yrs… for 10 days, shown on your site was 1320 dollars. The staff (Anna) asked us to pay 1500 dollars. Why the obvious discrepancy? We preferred to pay more, 1650 dollars at the intercontinental, for a spacious family lodging, but more importantly for the trustworthiness.

Perfect room and clean. I have not tried breakfast.

The spa was the highlight of my stay. It's cool and the steam is just superb. A cool place to relax and chill. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Situated on Bole road made it easier to access a number of restaurants, coffee shops and Gelato😁. Sapphire is my fav. so far in Addis.

Rooms are very comfortable and cleanliness is great, staff are very friendly and flexible, Covid 19 protocols are followed, the location is the best, airport shuttle is good, availability of private taxis

The water at the showers in some rooms does not get hot, and it was not worked on. Check-in time is too rigid for guests whose flights have to arrive earlier in the morning. The booking up allows you to request early check-in and indicate your flight schedule and you receive feedback that it will be handled at the property, but upon arrival, you have to wait in the lobby for hours until afternoon, or you have to pay for early check-in, this is not fair.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with convenient access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The front desk staff and manager were very accommodating and cordial. I believe it was worthwhile to stay at the hotel again.

The food and beverages are delicious, and the service is outstanding. And a safe, secure, and peaceful place to stay.

The location is superb - there are a number of restaurants nearby to explore. The room is clean and cozy, . Overall i enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

i didn't like the bathroom as I'm not a jacuzzi fun and the tiles are very slippery - which is a serious hazard
