breakfast was good, room was big enough, hotel looked nice

ventilation in the room was too loud and made the room too cold, turning on the temperature did not help at all. Spa was too small, 1 sauna did not work at all, a bit too cold there as well. Lastly, one redhead receptionist seemed clueless, did not smile and could not answer questions directly. We had an issue with a room key card that it stopped working for some reason, we went to the reception but no one was there, we had to ring the bell 3 times and wait in all this silence and emptiness until the above mentioned lady decided to turn up finally, rude.

- location, location, location! - spacious bathroom - fun shaped room - 8+ breakfast (good quality, but not the widest selection) - fantastic restaurant food - the spa section was closed due to corona and thus could not sample the facilities - there was -20% off spa treatments which was a pleasan surprise

- I first allocated to a Superior double at the historic building. The decor of the room was outdated, the shower cubicle is for very skinny people. Did not feel any historic about the room. I was kindly moved to the modern side which reflected more the photos on the web page - the noise installation to the room next door was not the best (the aircon luckily helped to kill any noises)

Nice neighborhood, quiet. Almost in the centre. Bed mattresses were very comfy. Breakfast tasty.

The the bed mattresses fell apart. The breakfast was a bit poor when we came one hour before closing.

It is an old hotel from the 19th century, so you feel like being in an Baltic-German manor. The spa is excellent, 2 saunas, steam room, swimming pool (10m) and jacuzzi. Very good breakfast also, with a lot of different food. Competent and helpful staff.

Still the rooms and furniture / equipment need a refresh. In my room the carpet was worn out as the shower, a few elements were broken. I also had a few spiders in my room..

Great location, spacious room, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple, but nice - everything that we needed. Our son was excited to play in the kids room. Definitely great value for money!

Although everything was exceptionally clean, renovation won’t be a bad idea. There was also a lot of chemicals in the the water in the pool, which makes the eyes and skin itchy.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's close to Kuressaare Castle. They offer a very good buffet breakfast and parking on site. The spa access is free of charge.

The rooms and hallways have carpeted floors which could be cleaner. The pillows on the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom sink is terrible to use.

Location was really good and parking possibilities great. Room had nice light with cealing window and high cealings. Bathtub was a bonus to have. Spa was quiet and small - you can order drinks there with a phone call riht to jaquzzi.

Breakfast was OK but not so much options for vegetarians.

Super nice personal. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were provided with a nice breakfast package due to our early leave (5am). Regular breakfast was also good. Location of hotel is ideal. Everything was quite good - we enjoyed our stay.

There was no AC in the room. Parking spots was right outside the window.

I was put into the older side of the hotel, and at first, I was worried, but after being in my room for a bit I found it quite quaint. The spa was also nice, it was mostly completely empty when I went. For me, it was perfect after a long day of cycling to go relax in the hot tub. The location is also great, along with their a la carte restaurant. Definitely suggest giving it a try if you can!

The one window in my room didn't fully close. Thankfully it's summer so it doesn't matter now but yeah something to think about during the winter I guess.

Lovely spa treatment from Ene :-) large room nice hotel in general Staff sorted out room fast for us as we arrived early, also arranged spa times to suit us as much as they could

There was a booking error & hotel refused to do anything about it until we turned up in person (thank you reception staff!) Breakfast was a bit tired by last sitting
