The views were amazing, beds comfortable love the place

The food at the restaurant not the great isn’t worth the price also the menu was very limited .I don’t see why you can’t bring food from outside if you don’t have a lot to offer

The staff was very nice, everything impeccably clean, the pools clean and spacious (finally I could have a proper swim), the rooms big, the jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing, free coconuts, the bathroom very clean with warm water!, the breakfast was small but sufficient. a great Salut and thanks to the cleaning staff. You are doing an amazing job!

The rooms and outside walls could use some personal touch and artwork. It all felt a little bit cold. The guard is on 24 hour duty I believe which I find a little insecure (I never saw him sleeping but how does he manage?) and also for the work life balance of the guard it may not be the best. That left me a little sad. the beach and the seawater pool to be seen in the pictures are not usable during rainy season. I would have chosen another place with access to the beach if I would have known. But it was nice anyway.

- there was construction work, which made q lot of noise, but the staff was super kind and moved us to another building when we showed concerned - the wifi was weak all around the hotel

Location and room were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Last day there lost power. We were in the pool when informed. We're told it would be off for 1.5 hours. Power was off way longer, minimal water pressure to take a shower that day and we were still expected to check out on time. Not sure what happened to the water pressure that day. Also there is a TV but we were only able to watch YouTube. Was told by front desk that wifi was not working well when we were there.

Restaurant staff where very friendly and provided great service. Joel helped us out 2 nights and was fantastic! He exceeded our expectations and also so pleasant.

The jacuzzi in our room was a bit dated also the water was cold. The hotel didn’t provide a crib for our 8 month old so we had to bring our own portable crib The pool and restaurant close too early in my opinion. It should at least be open till 12:00 Am. Breakfast is not included in the price. We had an additional room booked and were told the breakfast would be included and then at check in were told it was not. So it was a bit misleading and since we did the reservation over the phone we had no proof. Also the parking lot should accommodate more cars. They have an annex but the guards can’t always see it and one morning we had someone let the air out of one of our tires.

This property is beautiful. The staff is great and welcoming. The rooms nice and clean.

I wish there was a shower door so water wouldn’t go all over the place but that’s really it. As far as the room goes anyway. I did not like that the hotel and the restaurant are two separate entities. Usually you charge the room and pay at the end. I kept a tab open from the afternoon and they restaurant called the room at like 10pm to collect. The other thing is they used to offer breakfast included in the stay but now they do not. I guess I wouldn’t be so bothered but the food at the restaurant was more expensive than anything around there and sub par at best. But other than the restaurant, the hotel itself is nice. I’ll probably stay there again.

I wanted to stay somewhere new that I hadn’t stayed at before on this most recent trip. I chose the property based on photos and pricing. I preface this review by saying the place has a couples/family vibe and not a vibrant party vibe. That does not take away from it in any way, I just want to mention it. -The staff was great, all the front desk agents, the restaurant staff and the housekeepers were all so very nice. You can tell a lot about the culture of a hotel by how everyone greets you. Everyone says hello when you are waking by, which may seem like nothing but it’s important to make your guests feel welcome and they do a great job of it. -The views in the morning for sunrise and the views at sunset were always spectacular. Being on the coast has its perks. -The room was extremely spacious which was a nice change from what I’ve seen in the past. The water pressure and temp were great as well. The room had a soaking tub outside of the room which was different and nice to have. The AC was very strong. -Dinner at the restaurant was awesome. The Peruvian food options where plentiful and I managed to choose something new every night. I stayed for 3 nights. -The facilities are very well maintained and you can see the guys discreetly working all time ensuring things are manicured.

There was not much I did not like but I am very passionate about these two things. -The breakfast was terrible. I know that it is complimentary but I would have rather paid to get a better breakfast than to have gotten the free one served. The granola I had on the first night was stale and the portion was extremely small by anyone standards. The breakfast típico had beans that were not that great, no meat option and the bread was stale. There is just a massive disparity between the quality at dinner versus breakfast and it should be addressed. -There should be a sitting area in the room. I was in the Mariposa room and it was very large with a lot of open space that was underutilized.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant food is very good and the chef, who we met, is really trying to improve the menu all the time. My main comment to him was that the menu needed to be expanded. If you're there more than maybe 3 days, you'll be repeating a dish or dishes. They also need a small "pool" menu. They do serve food at the pool, but a menu of smaller hand foods for the pool area would be good.

The staff at the bar-restaurant sometimes gets a little to loud with the music. I requested they turn it down a bit and they did with a smile so no problem there. I think in a high end hotel, the hotel management should set the music and volume and the bar staff should not alter that. There is no beach at the hotel. The beaches in this are all around are rocky. You need to head South further or North to get sandy beaches.

Food was good. Drink services by the pool were excellent.

Safe and secured enviroment. Beautiful grounds. Friendly and helpful staff.

The parking lot should be paved The road to the hotel should be paved or at least much better maintained. We had to carry our heavy luggage from the parking lot up the steep steps. A ramp up to the entrance of the hotel would be nice. We did not get to enjoy the salt water pool because it was always closed. Provide a place to put the luggage in the room off the floor. The hotel should partner with a restaurant which offers more variety of foods.
