Hotel Palace Guayaquil

The price was excellent, well worth the comfort and elegance of the room simply outstanding! Bathroom and shower outstanding, cleanliness outstanding. My wife and I were total satisfied with every aspect of our one night stay. Had to catch an early flight and missed breakfast but did receive brown bag breakfast to go. Our wake up call at 6 00 am was perfect and our taxi ordered by Hotel arrived on time at 6 30 am. The hole experience was totally awesome!

We liked ever thing . Accept for the fact two week vacation was over and we were heading back to Canada early next morning.

Staff was helpful, friendly and patient. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The only thing that happened during our stay was when I asked if there was a lounge or seating area, I was told no. Then the following day we discovered that in fact there is a very nice lounge / seating area.

Hotel Palace is in a great location, you can walk to the Malecon in about 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and competent and speaks very good English, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a variety of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts and much more.

Ideally situated for the number of city attractions in the area. The breakfast facilities were perfect and the room was our best surprise - we received an upgrade to a suite which enhanced our stay. Many thanks and our appreciaton.

Hotel Palace has great location in central Guayaquil. The rooms are really spacious and include a bathtub. The hotel is clean and visually appealing.

The beds are a soft. I switched rooms during my stay to see if another room offered a more firm mattress, but unfortunately the bed in the second room was also quite soft. Beware of this factor if you have back problems. I also found the internet signal to be inconsistent.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped me to organise everything I needed for my Galapagos trip (like PCR test, printing documents and so on). The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is jos a few minutes away. The wifi is fast and stable. The hotel is very clean and you can find hand sanitizer everywhere, which is nice especially in this Covid time. It was a pleasure to stay here and I can highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat near the hotel. The breakfast was very good.Also the airport shuttle was very helpful.

Excellent front desk service. Special thanks to Christian who advised us about the safety in the area and arranged a taxi for us promptly whenever needed. Free breakfast was semi-buffet style and egg/omelette was made to order.

We would like a coffee maker or kettle in the room.

The staff were great! Was very clean and our room was nice and big with a comfy bed.

The location is sketchy. As a smoker I went out in the evening and did not feel safe. I just left anything of value with the front desk. Also there was a wedding right above our suite (518)so maybe check if there's a wedding before you book the suite

We loved everything. Great room,very clean, excelente breakfast. Staff super nice and friendly. Every year in our way to Guayaquil we make a reservation in the Palace Hotel. Thanks again.
